Convenience and size are the reasons I find Willow Bridge beneficial to me. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is an added feature. The staff has been very attentive to issues on the property as they arise.

Apartments themselves are nice. It will sometimes take multiple maintenance requests before an issue is resolved. It will sometimes be difficult to contact the building supervisor with concerns if they are not physically in the office that day even though it is during normal working hours.

Too may rules. Parking is horrible; you can never find a spot after 4pm. No smoking on the premises. There is a fee added to your water bill before even having any usage. This past winter storm; the plow truck plowed every car in and left it like that. So you are stuck and they expect you to clean yourself out.

I've been here for almost three years .. we feel safe and do happy.. I always can go to Catherine when needing if anything.. she is always attentive emailing and contacting me asap!! Raul is Raul is fabulous as well .. always there for egg. I have an emergency or something needs to be fixed.. very lucky abd grateful!!

There have been many improvements since I moved to the community, specifically getting a manager who is present and proactive. The grounds are well maintained. I think having 24 hour maintenance would be a nice addition. Maintenance can be somewhat unresponsive at times and difficult to communicate with. Having no other way upstairs other than climbing three flights of steps does not make up for the lack of on-site gym amenities. There is also ample space for a dog run behind the on-site garages which would be beneficial being that there are several dogs in the neighborhood. Parking has been an ongoing issue for anyone residing in buildings 2 or 3 despite parking permits. Dumpsters are located discretely which keeps the community looking nice but not as convenient as having a garbage garage or chute that's equally close to all three buildings. Appliances are fairly reliable and mid quality. I feel secure here but think it would be added security to have cameras located throughout the parking lot area to ensure safety as well as adherence to community rules and policies.

The apartments are clean with newer appliances. The buildings and outside areas are very well maintained and if something does need attention, it's usually handled in a timely manner. This is my third year living here and overall I've been very happy with my experience!

Good response to maintenance and contact requests, compassionate manager, cheerful maintenance, good neighbors, nice interior and common areas in hallways. Grounds could use attention. Burned up areas with only weeds, many shrubs dead or missing where they died. Very happy living here!

Good: Management and maintenance. Bad: No parking space near your building after 5/6pm. Requested many times assigned parking & shot down. Have to park 2 buildings away at times. Very inconvenient, esp after shopping. Living on 3rd flr with no elevator makes it worse. Also aggressive dogs. And dog poop an issue.

Everyone is helpful, and when they should leave you alone they will. And when you need to speak to someone they are always willing to talk to you. The people in the office is willing to help you with anything.
