Wonderful Park And Arbor! Warm and welcoming community with beautiful amenities. There are multiple restaurants in shopping centers in walking distance. People are friendly and staff are great! So happy to call Park And Arbor my new home.

Almost half a year living here, we love the quiet and friendly community. The staff is great and super helpful. The space and location can't be beat with so much to eat and grab within walking distance!

Clean building, with great amenities. Conveniently located to NYC and local services. However, trash collection needs to be done more frequently due to trash bin not operating consistently. Also lots of dogs.

At this time, I cannot leave a positive review, unless maintenance issues are immediately addressed. Slow Wifi, As for the building manager, Mr. Russo deserves 5 stars for his politeness, and friendliness.

I've had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is professional and attentive. Overall, it feels safe and comfortable to call home.

This apartment is very clean and the staff is friendly. And the facilities are clean, so I have no qualms about using them. That's why I recommend this apartment, and I'm also considering renewing my contract. The rental fee seems a little high, but I hope it doesn't go up when I renew my contract. In my case, I've been using this apartment since the beginning, and I hope it's reviewed in a good way.

Do not rent the income based/affordable housing apartments. You will be greatly disappointed. Walls are paper thin, the condition of the hallways is terrible and neglected, bad parking, slow elevator, constant noise, they only care about the main building, not Building A. It is sad.
