I truly appreciate the opportunity to live here and I have enjoyed many aspects of this apartment. However, I'd like to kindly share that I've been feeling a little underwhelmed by some of the services provided, which don't quite match the expectations I had when I first moved in. Additionally, considering what is currently being offered, I feel the rent may be worth revisiting to better reflect the value received.

Location is great! Train station near the apartment complex helps with commute to the city. Frequent changes in management personnel has deteriorated the quality of service and customer experience, dedicated SPOCs and continuity of office staff and help.

The crossings has a great staff who were very helpful during my entire process. It seems like it is a very friendly and caring community. I love the quiet and peacefulness that I have experienced so far.

This has been a great experience. Everyone in the building is very friendly and helpful. Great place to be if you have dogs. Place is always clean, any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I like how they do things to have the community involved, whether it's a community bbq or another small get together to meet your neighbors, I think it's a great idea. It's also very quiet

Very Good Apartment. Very clean gym and nice common sit out lounge place. Safety mailbox and Amazon locker. Very good staff and friendly leasing office. Nice individual covered car parking and common EV Charging points 4. Very close to train station and easy commute.

I really enjoy living at Crossings at Raritan. We have a great apartment with lots of space. It's super convenient to Somerville, the mall and shopping stores. I really like that we can walk to the train and some restaurants in Raritan. It has been an amazing experience living here for 4 years.

Parking is an issue here; management charges for street parking, yet cannot ensure everyone has a spot, and management takes front parking for themselves, quite frankly, that's an ------- move, not happy about that

Staff is responsive and courteous. They are prompt in fixing things that need to be fixed. Only issue is the package room. Packages pile up and it often can be daunting to find a package. The building needs more Amazon lockers. Possibly install more lockers where the soda machine is?

There is a new leasing agent so we'll see how the community is. The one before this was not good. The gym floor is slippery and the equipment is not that good. The coffee bar is never filled or working. Other than that maintenance is good and there's not a lot of problems.

The complex is quiet. The residents are friendly. The staff is always there for any questions I may have. Parking is offered as an add on to the rent but is well worth it. Also, car chargers are accessible in the parking garage.

My first year at the crossing was amazing it was clean, communication was great, rent prices as well as consideration was always made. Staff fixing things was always on point, it felt like a community, parking and cars were great, and garage and front door and MVI service was always corrected when things went wrong right away. The new management does none of the above, for example garage was broken for over a year.
