FIX THE EV CHARGING STATIONS!!

It has been almost one month and the EV charging stations have not been fixed! Multiple complaints and fix requests have been submitted. The old manager did not care, this new manager does not care and now the residents can not charge their cars. We pay a premium to live in this building and the benefit of having EV stations was a huge draw. Can someone PLEASE fix this!

    We are overall happy with our experience living at NoMa. The management and staff have been friendly and responsive to any problems requiring immediate attention. However, there are several outstanding issues that were noted when we moved from one apartment to another last January (2025) that have not been resolved. When those issues are resolved, we will be very satisfied living at Noma.

      Love the NoMa!

      Location, luxury, amenities and more! This is the best apartment I've ever lived in and the rooftop is literally a second home in the summer. If you can get in, I highly recommend it! Perfect next to everything you need!

        Great place to live

        The building is beautiful with so many amenities. Carly and staff and so welcoming and accommodating. The gym and golf simulator are great bonuses and the people here are super friendly. There is an awesome roof deck w tv’s and a grill and nice views. Glad we chose NOMA

          Livin’ the high life!

          The NOMA is a wonderful place to live. Carley, Jay and Francisco are amazing! They treat the residents like family! The building is so well maintained and they all are so responsive. We have recommended the NOMA to several friends.

            5 Star Review for NOMA

            We absolutely love living at NOMA! The building is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a great community feel. The amenities are always clean and thoughtfully maintained, and it truly feels like home here. A huge shoutout to Carley, our property manager- she goes above and beyond for residents. She is responsive, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. It is rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. Carley was one of the main reasons we decided to move here; she made the whole process easy and welcoming from the very beginning. The maintenance team also deserves major credit- they are quick, professional, and always friendly. Any request we have had has been handled efficiently and with such a positive attitude. Overall, NOMA has exceeded my expectations in every way- from the atmosphere to the management, it has been a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, modern, and welcoming community!

              Wonderful apartment!

              I have been living at the NOMA for about two years, and I love the experience. I am a "snowbird" and travel back and forth from Florida, and Carley and staff are very accommodating to my needs, both when I am in residence and when I am away. The location is perfect, convenient to everything in Ridgewood, and walkable to anything I need. The building is meticulously cleaned and maintained, and any apartment needs have been addressed well by Jay and Francisco. Carley splits her time between two buildings, and having her available as both a neighbor and a manager is very helpful. The building is dog friendly, and the people I have met are lovely. I enjoy living here at the NOMA and am glad I found this apartment.

                Outstanding Management

                This is a special thank you to Carley, the manager since the Noma first opened, almost 4 years ago. It is a huge advantage that Carley lives in the building. She is therefore hands on and quickly aware if any issues arise. She is always available, responsive and efficient. Carley, thank you for your hard work and seamlessly running the Noma.                   So far it has been a very positive experience. The staff has been super helpful, professional and accommodating, and everyone we have met has been super friendly. There are also a lot of friendly dogs and great amenities, and the location is super convenient.

                    I’ve had a great experience living here thanks for the outstanding apartment manager, Carley and maintenance team, Jay & Francisco. Carley is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance team is prompt, efficient, and friendly.                       Unresponsive Building Manager

                      We won't be renewing our lease due to the fact that the building manager (who lives at NoMa) could care less. Voicemails, emails, phone calls and text messages go unanswered. Even emergencies do not get a call back. There is no upkeep of the NoMa building with her, she is too busy focusing on the other building (The Benjamin). Many obvious things need to be replaced or fixed. We did write a through email to the owners of NoMa and they did address several things, however, once the a quick downfall began... they did not respond or get us a new building manager. Their solution to rectify was to forward the anonymous email to the building manager. (which we won't meet with b/c she lives here). The building and the location is beautiful! I, along with others, wish for a more hands on manager. or at least one that answers concerns. There are also safety issues that were left untreated.

I did reply to that email to connect with you and see if there were any further concerns. I invited you to reach out at your convenience but haven't yet heard back. I understand that you might feel hesitant to meet with me given that I am also a resident at NOMA. However, please know that as both a resident and the manager, I am deeply committed to ensuring our community is a positive and thriving place for everyone. I truly hope I haven't given the impression that I'm unapproachable or unwilling to listen to feedback that is certainly not the case. I am concerned about the safety issues you mentioned. To ensure we can address these promptly, could you please let us know what those specific issues are? If you prefer not to submit a formal service request, please feel free to email me from your anonymous address, and I will ensure they are taken care of immediately. Regarding emergency response, we do have a well-established protocol for emergency service requests. As has been communicated, my cell phone is not monitored regularly outside of business hours and is not intended for emergency use. For urgent situations requiring immediate attention, please follow the established procedure of calling the main office number and following the prompts for emergency maintenance.                         The maintenance crew at NoMa wonderful. Francesco is very knowledgeable, reliable, kind and an excellent worker. He completed every job perfectly, including cleanup and garbage removal. Lucky NoMa to have Francesco on their team.
