The area is great lots of restaurants and banks and shops and schools. In my case some neighbors are noisy and do not respect other neighbors who live below them. They think they are the only tenants in the building! Unfortunately, this issue has been going on for more than a year now. I hope the management see to it that it stops. Other than that the building is fine.

The building was built well, is nice and very well located. However there have been a number of dog waste incidents in common areas. Both management and maintenance have handled these worse than I could have imagined. Like I truly had to re-assess how bad management could handle these incidents. Over time there has been zero growth or improvement in this area. If your dog enjoys to go to the bathroom in common areas, you should live at the Benjamin because they won't get you in trouble.

Great Building, Great Location, Great Management!

I have been a resident at The Benjamin since the building first opened in 2021 - I love it here! The location is very convenient, I am a business owner in town and love that I can walk to work every day. The neighbors in the building are wonderful, everyone is kind and friendly. The building staff is amazing - maintenance is quick to complete repairs and always happy to help out. The manager, Carley, truly does it all!

Home Sweet Home!

I absolutely love living at the Benjamin! Our grounds are always well maintained. I always feel safe and welcomed here. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help solve any issues I may have, and is very professional. There is a sense of community here. Ms. Carley is THE BEST apartment manager ever! Her door is always open and she has a kind greeting for us and treats for our pups! Carley goes above and beyond to email us of events and happenings here. She is often takes care of many things that are not in her job description… she just does them because she cares! I have lived here going on 4 years and have loved every day! I am proud to say that the Benjamin is my Home Sweet Home!

High praise for Carley, her staff, and The Benjamin!

Viewed from any approach around town, The Benjamin with its handsome facade of well-chosen material is an architectural home run and a welcomed addition to the Ridgewood landscape. After residing in Ridgewood for 45 years where I raised my son and built a high-end design business it was time to downsize. When visiting The Benjamin for the first time I wasn’t prepared for my gut reaction which immediately pushed aside any concerns about its proximity to the train. The WOW factor was palpable. Beyond the visual impact, the flow and function of the designs are terrific. The amenity rooms are chic, functional, and inviting. The floor plans are well laid out with great kitchens and bathrooms, and the materials are on point. Empty nesters, urbanites trading the city for the burbs and folks discovering Ridgewood for the first time make for interesting, energetic and diverse neighbors. The Benjamin’s location is ideal for taking advantage of an easy commute into the city and the cool experiences of downtown Ridgewood. The complex’s staff, Manager, Carley Ciocci, Building Super, Jay, and his assistant Francisco are First Class professionals. I am always greeted with a smile and a concerned ear. If I have re-quest for assistance, the follow up is timely if not immediate. Carley, Jay, and Francisco are the perfect compliments to a luxury residence. Friends who downsized to other newly built complexes in town have told me - they think The Benjamin is the best. I agree. I have worked and lived in the high-end all my life and coming home to a well-maintained, friendly, competently managed complex is a pleasure. The bulletin in our beautiful elevators reads, ‘Welcome Home to The Benjamin’. It puts a smile on my face, I feel like family, and I am so grateful to live here. Tess Giuliani

We love The Benjamin!

We love the Benjamin! Such a beautiful building and the location is fantastic. We walk to all the stores and restaurants in town so you get that city feel, and what a plus to have the train just minutes away! Carley the Building Manager is wonderful and so friendly and responsive. A great place to live!

Luxurious apartments in Ridgewood NJ

We moved to Ridgewood NJ in 1969 and in 2022 we sold our house and moved to The Benjamin as we were tiring of home ownership. We are so happy with our decision. The apartment is very comfortable and luxuriously appointed. It is centrally located in Ridgewood’s Central Business District with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Most importantly the building is staffed with three wonderful people who are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and caring.

LOVE it here

This was the perfect place to live to escape the chaos of Manhattan! The Benjamin is perfectly located in Ridgewood near dozens of restaurants, cafes, salons, etc. It's seconds from the train station for commuters. The building is gorgeous, spacious, and always clean and well maintained. The staff is incredible! They feel like family and always are cheerful and willing to help with whatever you need. I feel safe and happy.
