The apartment is very refreshing with brand new modern design and decor, all the appliances are best of the class, gym has latest equipments, and location is quiet and commute friendly. There is a waterfront boardwalk just in 5mins driving distance. Great place to rent and relax.

No comment at this time. I would like to get a response on why was the work order submitted without being contacted some kind of answer. I received the completion email on Feb 16 it is now Feb 18 and I still have no heard from anyone reaching out.

Choose wisely, and keep in mind the following: The train horn is very loud and can be heard clearly. The doors are paper thin, you can hear neighbors watching movies. This is a very dog friendly place, with no breed limits apparently (Pit bulls have been spotted in the building), water heater error and beeping all night with no hot water. To reach emergency maintenance you are stuck on an automated line for a few minutes and leave a voice mail instead of speaking to a human. Window and molding was cracked and chipped when we toured, they assured us everything would be fixed by move in date a 2 weeks later. We moved in and still have a broken window and the unit was dusty and has random marks on the wall. (One again was told everything would be perfect prior to move it.)

The Pearl is a gem! The amenities are fantastic! The proximity to both the M-F ferry to NY and the daily train is a big plus. There is a bus that regularly runs through the town and the front door of the apartments to provide transportation to the ferry also.

The building is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and easy to contact. I would probably rent again from that building if it is not too crowded and the upkeep is maintained. Overall, it was good. ??.

The lease office is very nice, friendly, and happy to answer to any quesions. The move-in process is very smooth and convient. The community is very well organized and clean. The room is equipped with fancy stove, washing & drying meachines, and fridge.

Amazing experience. Everyday feels like waking up at a 5 star hotel. Love my apartment. Cannot wait for the summer here with the pool and the out door grilling. The amenities are top notch here. And the staff/ leasing office are amazing.

This had to be the most seamless process I ever had to go through! Susie was absolutely amazing and helpful from viewing the apartment initially, to signing, to then all the weeks leading up to move in. This is the first apartment building I've lived in and I could not be happier with my decision.

It was ok; wish our tour guide was more friendly and informative. Very quick tour. Didn't offer to keep in touch with us. Did not send us home with floor plans. At the end of the visit there wasn't a chance to ask questions. She dismissed us at the front entrance

I recently toured The Pearl and it far exceeded my expectations in design and interior decor. The amenities were amazing and the gym was worth canceling a gym membership for. I am obsessed with the decor and the layout options. Most importantly, the leasing agent who provided my tour, Alexis, was very professional while also being warm while answering my many questions.
