A complete nightmare! Grove Terrace Apts SUCK!

The office staff never returns any calls. <br>Repairs never get fixed. <br>All winter we went without heat. <br>Building is falling apart. <br>There are leaks in the ceiling of every apartment from the raidiators on the person above you. <br>Parking is not assigned, tenents never have a parking spot, non-tenants never get towed for parking in our lot. A waste of $50 a month! <br>Parking lot is so tight both my roomate and I have dents and scratches from people hitting us. <br>South Orange Ave is way too loud! <br>The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snore!! <br>The whole building is shifting and all the door ways are slanted. <br>The doors to get into the building are always open, theres no security. <br>There is no super or landlord who can help you, you have to wait till business hours to get in touch with the asian owners who wont understand what you are saying and wont do anything about it anyway!!!!!!! <br> <br>A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy!!! <br>
