Great Apartment complex, always looking to build good community co-existance atmosphere, the apartments have lots of natural light and are very well built, the location is amazing with different ways to access and near various shopping and eating places.

Great apartment. Very clean and feels very safe. the management is very welcoming and helps with any questions i have. could not imagine a better place. I have looked at many places and this location is by far the best in all ways!

Nice and clean neighborhood , quite environment. excellent amenities includes multi sport room for kids, swimming pool, jim. easy to access highways, schools, restaurants, near by stores for shopping and groceries

Our time at Aster Grove has been a pleasurable experience. The apartment is a good size with a large kitchen. The gym and the pool are a nice amenity and seem to be enjoyed by all that use it. We have met a few people and have become friendly with them, meeting up for drinks in the club room. The only thing I could complain about is the road in front of the building which took time to get use to the traffic noise (which I knew existed before renting).

I only have great things to say about Aster Grove! I had looked at several other complexes, and this one stood out for its elegant aesthetic, community amenities, and proximity to local needs ... not to mention the most SPACIOUS walk-in closet, which truly sold me :) I've loved living here for the past year, and the building has been surprisingly quiet as well - a total plus!

Great place to rent from and well staffed excellent community aster grove in a great location near the downtown area and shopping center school are close in the area as well 78w&east is not even 5 mins away

The complex is well-maintained with access to the necessary personnel. Fitness room is well equipped and the common areas are well lit and security is such that safety is a high priority. Although there are many units, residential noise is non-existant.

My wife and I love living here. We downsized from our house and won't look back. Our apartment is beautiful and new. The neighbors are friendly. There are a ton of great amenities. The location is amazing and we feel safe. We couldn't ask for more.

Aster Grove is a well maintained complex. The common area is beautifully furnished. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is great with easy access to highway 78 and 287. It is close to shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Very clean and new building. Staff is really great and attentive to all requests. Great amenities offered as well, from the pool, to the gym, which are cleaned and maintained in a daily and weekly basis so it's always clean.

Our experience during the lease approval process and move-in honestly wasn't the best. We felt there was some unnecessary frustration in the communication from the leasing agent, which made the experience unpleasant. We really like living here, but in our experience, communication with the leasing office could be improved.
