Poor bug experience, having to buy products for black widows and roaches. We have called the office about our exprence a they have given practices to help the situation however was told there was nothing they can do. So we have to schedule a bug sprayer to come to the apartment braces of the availability to spray.

The pros: cost. The rent here is reasonable for the size of apartment. The full size washer and dryer is amazing and very appreciated. Cons: "wood floor" is the softest crappiest type of flooring that will get issues from even walking on it too much. And as a resident you must pay for repair but it's repaired with the same flooring so it's not really a fix. Often one of the gates has some type of issue. Sound proofing and noise- not very well done. If you have people above you toy WILL hear them walking no matter how light on their feet. Much of the flooring in my apartment squeaks making it worse for those under me (sorry neighbor). I can hear those in the apartment next to me also when my apartment is quiet. Not clearly as of its paper just things like muffled music/TV sounds come through.

I love this community. I don't know why other residents complain about pest control & the gates. Maybe if they kept their apartments clean & wouldn't run into the gates, there wouldn't be any issues. I've always felt welcomed at the office but I've witnessed other residents go into the office being rude & disrespectful & then complain online about the office.

Nice neighborhood. I just don’t like the staff isn’t helpful. A lot of stolen packages. Saw some stray dogs and cats sometimes. Valet trash not needed but no option. Paid monthly parking but no roof. Limited parking space to guest. Lack of security and cameras in the area.

Management is not helpful whatsoever. I noticed the office that there was a hole in my ceiling about a week ago and after the hole hurrying bigger and pouring rain water all over my bed and calling emergency maintenance, the hole has still not been fixed.

Valet trash service is dog water and I wish it would end. You charged an extra $20 a month for somebody else to take your trash when you walk by the dumpster every day you go to your car. It’s not optional you must pay it and I think it encourages trash pandas and roaches to loiter at your front door.

I find the office staff & maintenance to be friendly. They are always nice to me. I am handicapped & walk around with my wheeled walker. When I had some recent sink problems the head of maintenance came & checked I. He then got a specialist to fix my sink. Later in the day he came to double check that everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied

I do not recommend this complex. They state it is luxury but it is not. Mold in the bathtub, ancient washers and dryers, carpet that is buckling and worn through in spots yet I am expected to clean it when I vacate?

A pleasant community with a good security system that allows people to access with fob on the gateway. Staff arr very helpful and knowledgeable in their work environment. The only thing that matters are the noise upstairs with people seems like running or moving things. Hopefully they are aware that people living in 1st level of apartment.

Maintenance does not know how to address issues. I have requested multiple attempts to fix faulty machines, and none of which have been successful. Though the team is very friendly, the efficacy of the work has yet to be of quality.
