If you are looking for a perfect location in the center of town that enables you to walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. you have found the place! The staff here is outstanding and will do everything they can to make your move in efficient and worry-free! Covered, secured parking, luxury amenities, pet friendly, fresh clean units with views off the chartsâ€¦what more can you ask for? Be prepared to hear a beeping noise at all times coming from the eternal construction of the next door hotel, which apparently needs to start at 6am. Also be aware that the pool will open at peak sun for extra skin cancer

Units are very new, staff is communicative, lots of amenities, some units have great views, not too much noise from the highway, residents are respectful, building is very secure, pest control is nice.

I love living at Markana Uptown. The location is great. The apartments are brand new and modern. The pool area is beautiful with TVs, grills, cabanas, and even games. The club house is amazing. The gym is state of the art! I'm glad I choose Markana!

Rude , Unprofessional, super -----

First incident with the chubby lady in front was when my son went over there and asked for towels she refused Mentioned to me that she done towels yet ! pool hours towels need to be out , 2nd incident was my apartment getting flooded and s new apartment 3 incident again with chubby again .The elevator is always down, So you have to use the side door which it you can’t use a fob. Both of my sons where left outside by chubby and close the door on them and told him they need a fab to get in . Im in disbelief. How how unprofessional chubby has been towards me and my kids . Then they want to be clowns and call it a “security” Issue lol A 12-8 year old in pajamas is a “security “issue! Place is a joke !

I'm so glad I moved to the Markana Uptown. There aren't many properties like this in Albuquerque, and I'm grateful that I was able to become a part of the community. Kendall is amazing, and one of the main reasons why I chose to be here.

Markana feels like a “staycation”. Very luxurious and clean. Beautiful pool and rec room. Nice people of all ages. Restaurants to walk to and it’s easy to go north, south, east and west. Great location to Target, Total Wine and More, Top Golf and golf courses. My friends love coming to visit! Shauna Glatz

I love it, it feels like i'm paying for peace of mind. Other apartments my water would shut off once a month and I would have to wait a whole week for packages and the amenities will not top the pool/big Jacuzzi, lounges, or the fully furnished gym. They only flaw is that you only have one ISP to choose from but as an IT Network Admin, I am at least still able to work from home so it's not the biggest issue since they don't block the vpn. Also the top floor has gorgeous views, I can't wait to experience 4th of july with this apartment.

Markana uptown has great customer service. When in countered with a problem, the staff is very friendly and helpful. and when something is not working to their standards, they will let you know and resolve the problem quickly.
