Great place!!
Quincy is a really great place with lots of new improvements! The renovations in the homes are beautiful and the grounds are looking so beautiful especially with the new fountain out front. The pools are awesome and the new dog park and dog wash are awesome!!! I really love this place!! Great Job Quincy!

My sister and I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 15 years and love the area. Yes changes happen with what the economy is today. However, we are doing our best to stay here and really enjoy meeting our new neighbors. The office personnel and maintenance team are very friendly and work hard to address the tenants issues.

I like the location and the green landscaping that is cared for . My place is designed well lots if light. The large patio accommodates room for large pots of flowers and large enough for entertaining. It has an attached garage I love. BUT if you are not in a remodeled unit do not expect any updates. They have no problem telling you improvements happen after you leave.

Don’t live here - you will pay far too much for the low quality you will receive. When I moved in, many features were broken and while the front desk has been efficient in working to get those fixed, there are still multiple issues with the apartment.

We absolutely love it here! The only thing is that our apartment is surrounded by bushes and plants and they bring bugs, we would only appreciate it there was a pet and kid safe spray that could be used on them to keep bugs away.

Don’t expect air conditioning. It’s 95 outside and 85 in your apartment. It 72 in the office but “ 10 degrees is all you get with evaporative cooling” They won’t fix it, they don’t care. Don’t bother unless you want to sweat 5 months out of the year

Absolutely. I share the word myself. My friends and family are well aware of the living situation here. I also am very familiar with social media and comment there regularly. I do not appreciate rising rent with no basic indoor upkeep or lack of communication regarding major projects that affect my quality of living

Great it’s been an excellent place to live . We enjoy the space and how modern the apartment is. The complex is clean and super quiet . We enjoy the walking areas to talk the dogs on a walk. The appliance are new and overall everything works great

The apartments are nice. The ones facing the main street can be kinda loud at times because there is a fire station near by. This complex has great access to the park and middle school near by. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Recommendation: do not get the non-renovated apartments; they are riddled with small to medium defects that maintenance will take ages to fix. Some include: fully ripped screen door to patio, leaking toilet, another toilet that can't flush properly, missing smoke alarm, dead lightbulbs, broken sliding doors, dead coax port, and in general unlevel/sagging and creaky floorboards. Go for the renovated apartments, they may be better.

You cannot trust greystar They will sell your private info to third party sellers Maint is great however Neighborhood is taking a turn for the worst. Beginning to see more gang tags and vandalism. Cars speed in and out of the property.

The parking situation is very bad! There is such a lack of parking and it seems to be getting worse! Also speeding through the complex is an ongoing issue. Especially where our apartment is we are always an issue with us trying to park safely because of the way cars come around the corner!

Very nice structure, great buildings and quite peaceful to live in knowing their is maximum security. I like the built in garage, that makes it looks great. I will definitely recommend a friend to live here

We love the complex and unit we are in as well as the amenities surrounding the community, but maintenance is a real issue due to almost every complaint we have being considered cosmetic and therefore will not ne taken care of.

I don't think the marketing group would appreciate all of my comments. Nice place and nice office staff, but too much of the normal maintenance is "crisis maintenance" - being proactive would help AND save money. Example: Garage doors should have SCHEDULED maintenance and lubrication.

Keep looking. If you want upscale luxury apartments, you will not be getting that here, you’ll only be CHARGED for it. The grounds are kept nicely but the interior & appliances are worn, torn and broken. Great neighborhood though! It is nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

Love it here!!! The Angela, the office staff, and the maintenance guys, Thomas and Preston, are all very nice, professional, and attentive. We like it so much that we renewed our lease for 14 months so we would be able to enjoy living here longer than the average lease.

Not Your Everyday sleazy SLUMLORD..These people are the best!
Stay away, RUN away as fast as you can OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! After 3 years battling the cockroaches and spiders we now have a family of mice that moved in to the patio area and to make matters worse we just received a new rental/lease agreement raising the monthly rate by an absurd $700.00 dollars. Really, this is all true with no exaggeration, we always pay, have paid by the 30th or 31st on time every single month for the past three years and this is what we get. Two years ago they slipped in a mandatory devious yet shady $25.00 monthly charge for some useless (Valet) trash service. All tenants pay this ridiculous fee regardless if you use it or not, which by the way increases your total trash fee to nearly $50.00. This fee is not included in the overall rental price it will suddenly show up in the rental agreement, thus really making tenants suspicious about all the clever ideas they may fabricate to get more money from us. The Village at Tierra Antigua is a nice quiet community, very private living which I love. Staff is kind and help out as soon as they can along with service requests once they receive them. The location is perfect it is right next to grocery stores, gas station, gyms and restaurants. The move in was quick and smooth. The staff in the office were very communicable and available especially Angela she was very professional and explained everything in detail.

I have enjoyed my time in this community; however, I would like to see more people clean up after their pets and respect the community as a whole. A lot of times I need to take my pet out in the evenings and have stepped into several messes and ruined a few pair of shoes.

Living here so far has been agreeable. Pricing is becoming ridiculous since Greystar has taken over so many of the apartment complexes in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. We don't all work for Sandia labs or other such enterprises but for the common everyday laborers such as Wal*Mart, etc.

Dont live here unless you have an unreasonable amount of money to spend on average amenities and rude staff. For how much you pay, the amenities should be more accessible and apartments could be more updated.
