The people at the front office were extremely welcoming and were clear and concise with any questions we had. The apartment was clean and beautiful when we first got our keys. We haven't had to use maintenance yet, but I'm sure they will be prompt and excellent with that as well.

Very Satisfied! I LOVE my new apartment! It's very spacious and cozy. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and made the move in process easy. The apartment grounds are always kept up with and very clean and there is plenty of parking space. Also it's a quiet community, no disturbances so far.

I love how quiet the community is! I love the parking arrangements! There is a few cosmetic issues, but they can be fixed. I appreciate how quickly maintenance was able to come out and fix my problem! My only concern was that I was not notified a head of time that maintenance would be in my home. Overall I love it so far!

I rented at San Miguel Del Bosque for a little over 3 months. I signed a lease along with a roommate Before we moved in, the management, and staff were cordial, but also seemed to be phony friendly. We almost rented somewhere else-even my conscious told me we should have rented somewhere else. But, regretfully we chose to rent at San Miguel Del Bosque. San Miguel Del Bosque's advertisement for their apartments are misleading. THERE IS NOTHING LUXURY OR RENOVATED ABOUT THEM-NOT ONE THING! And, when we went to look at the apartment that we wanted to rent, they don't let you look at the exact apartment that you are going to rent, but a model apartment that they have went all out to make look like it is luxury, and renovated to the hilt. So, I'm thinking, or wow, this is so great. So, we plunk down $1200 deposit, first and last month's rent, and extra money for lousy covered parking, and move in a week or so later. I go to unlock our apartment door, and behold a DUMP! It looked like something that low income housing would offer, or skid row action. I immediately thought-"this is b.s.", and went and tried to get this atrocity remedied by the management. Well, Tina was not cordial, but hostile, and did not want to remedy the problem of the dirty, broken down apartment. Instead, she tried to act as though she rented me a luxury apartment, because some other poor soul was trying to rent an apartment, while I was at her office complaining. She lied and kept telling the other potential tenant that the apartments looked just like her office building-and this was complete b.s.. And, just like us, the potential tenant bought the b.s., and rented at San Miguel Del Bosque-THE DUMP OF ALL AGES. Our apartment smelled like cow butt almost all of the time. We spent more money on air fresheners sometimes than we did on food. That is how bad it was. And, whenever we used the air freshener, the apartment just smells like cow butt mixed with air freshener. The kitchen had really old linoleum in it, and there was yellow cigarette staines everywhere with the rot smell of cigarette smoke. The head maintenance guy and the short skinny one were total jerks, who were always going into our apartment when we weren't there. And, so was Tina the office manager. These guys are crooks, and corrupt. And, there was brown water coming out of the kitchen faucet. Tina did nothing. And, the maintenance men kept bragging about their two bit jobs, and how important their two bit jobs were. WOW, it doesn't take rocket science to be a maintenance man. Even a moron could do that job-and do it better the the lazy maintenance men at San Miguel Del Bosque did. Tina needs to be fired, and the staff too. San Miguel Del Bosque apartments need to be overhauled, and made to look like the luxury apartments that they deliberately falsely advertise. These apartments are very unsanitary! The place is a DUMP! And, Tina and her lazy, no good staff need to be fired! If you cannot look at the exact apartment you are going to rent at San Miguel Del Bosque, then I would suggest renting somewhere else, because you will not be getting a luxury apartment that looks like the model apartment. No, you will be getting a DUMP!

It's has been very quiet and a nice place to live. I enjoy the location and it's very easy to access. The grounds are nice and neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only thing I've noticed is that there have been some pest issues, but management has been working with me. The apartments are very spacious and it's been great so far.

BEWARE: The "upgraded apartment" is sold as new carpet and new kitchen appliances; this is NOT true and when questioned at move-in I was told "well, they are newer" which is not the same as new. Also, my apartment was filthy and when re-cleaned it was better but still not truly cleaned as it should be for a turned over apartment. Complaints are addressed superficially but nothing is ever the fault of the management team but blamed on outside vendors. No true accountability.

I used several online apartment search programs. They were very helpful. The advantage to using these sources is being able to hear from actual residents. I do believe it's important to get multiple views. I would not bad a decision on one or two reviews, especially if negative. People can be harsh. It's always best to do a face to face if really interested.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments exterior has also been well taken care. The inside of the units are beautiful! The storage is lacking, however I see this as a wonderful opportunity to find storage units/shelving I enjoy to put around since there is tons of open wall space. They leave a great deal of opportunity to style in your own way! The double patio is a neat feature with tons of space. Which isn't even included in the overall square footage of these large apartments. It's greatly located, being right behind a fitness center provides both extra safety, and privacy. We are also three right turns away from paseo so there is easy access just about anywhere through coors. There is security at night which is also on call. So for the pricing it really is worth it. Washer dryer are included, theres a facility on site with larger ones for blankets and such. They are pet friendly, tobacco friendly, and have two pools with grilling locations since they are not grill friendly. All in all with the sweet staff, not much more you can ask for!

Me and my girlfriend moved in a few weeks ago and we love our new home it is a very peaceful and safe place to come home to. The staff is incredible here, very friendly and forthcoming when it came to any questions we had, Dottie was especially kind and professional throughout our application process. The move-in was smooth and i would say that the best thing about this community is how peaceful and safe it is here, its a place to come home and rest and relax. We love it here and look forward to the summer months.

While looking for a new place, I was struck by the customer service of the property team. First off, they were open on Sunday. You'd be surprised how many aren't. It happened to be a Sunday that I needed a tour and they gladly helped me. They also were professional and timely. The apartment was clean and in working condition. Move in was smooth. The facility is beautiful and there is plenty of parking.

When we first arrived we asked to see an apartment and they were happy to show us but didn't really say much about what we would have to pay living here. At first they said that it would only cost $200 to move in but that quickly turned into us needing an additional 200 dollars and if we didnt have renters insurance we couldn't move in so we had to pay for that and then soon after signing the lease we were then told that none of the utilities were included in the rent so that's when we found out we would be paying even more just to live there. Overall we were told very little when we were just looking and it wasn't until we were signing the lease that they said they needed more and more money even tho we were told that the fees would be waved at first. If i was you i wouldn't come here because they just showed me my tombstone and then after they asked us to sign the lease they just started digging a hole bigger and bigger for me to live in.
