Confused?

After reading all these reviews I'm a little puzzled. I've lived here for 2 years and love it. Yes- it can be a little annoying when my upstairs neighbor drops something or is excessively noisy- BUT that's apartment living. I've lived in several apartments in Albuquerque and the noise is not any different. ALSO, there is security that is on-call after the office closes that I've called twice (once when someone was parked in my assigned covered parking spot and another time when my neighbor was playing his radio too loud). Security came out within the hour and addressed both issues. The staff is pretty friendly and the maintenance does a decent job getting everything taken care of. (The longest I've had to wait for a repair was 4 days, which is pretty good considering I moved out of a place where maintenance was horrible.) I do agree that parking can be a pain for guests- there is generally always SOME spots available towards the back of the complex- but I live on the opposite side so it s a bit of a walk. I do get my free covered spot so that kind of helps make up for the limited guest parking. The grounds are well kept. And I like looking out my patio and seeing the pretty Sandias. Overall I would recommend Prairie Hills.
