My experience has been a blast due to the friendly neighbors I have and the staff that work here are super helpful and friendly and it was easy to apply for an apartment and easy to move into and love the pool area just sad that it closes at 9pm so I hardly spend time at the pool because i get off work at 11pm

So far it's been good, management has been a big help in certain situations and they are very caring. I don't talk to any neighbors but over all everyone is respectful. Maintenance has been a big help too

Been 40 years since I lived in an apt. Aside from people above me making walking noises, the complex is quiet. Met security guard at laundry one night at 9pm, while waiting on dryer. He said I needed to get to laundry prior to 7p to get done by 9p. Wish laundry was open earlier. Many times I get off work late, then have to go to laundry in town.

My experience has been generally good. It is quiet for the most part, the staff and maintenance folks are helpful and friendly. One complaint I have; however, is that rent usually increases every year but that money does not seem to be re-invested in the complex. Stucco is falling off, paint is faded and peeling, concrete stair steps are cracked and need to be replaced and so forth. Just having a little re-investment would make the experience here much better.

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I could tell they wanted us to live there. There was a nice personal connection when talking to the staff. Furthermore, the appartment is very spacious, nice and is a wonderful place to live. :)

I first started renting here in 2018 - moved away in 2022 due to increased rent rates & eventually moved back due to location. I am in a neighborhood I'm familiar with - close to family, stores, restaurants, etc. Management & Maintenance are always friendly & helpful - it's a quiet community w/good neighbors.

Great community and staff. Staff communicates very well. Very courteous and professional. Neighbors are friendly and not troublesome. Great location close to everything. Other places where I've rented they didn't fix what was wrong or show any care for their tenants. Entrada pointe goes above and beyond.

Electrical system is outdated and not up to handle even the average needs of 2023, garbage disposal cannot handle normal garbage, no recycling, dishwasher is plumbed weirdly with 1/2 of kitchen sink and can get excess water and mold so I only use 1/2 of my sink and dishwasher not at all. People don't stay long here, I do and what do I get ? My rent jacked up $100 annually, so overall, kinda disillusioned as time goes by, don't need parties, other needless promotional events, need a kitchen that works, electrical system that works

We love living here. Our neighbors are nice, staff and maintenance is great and we have not had to worry about anything. Noise is never a problem and there’s always parking. We have been here for about two years now.

Buildings are old and need updates but overall staff are all very friendly and helpful. For the most part it is a quiet and friendly apartment community. Maintenance (Bob) is the best. Not only does he do a good job but he’s fast and friendly. He is truly an asset to their team.

Rent is high, and the entire complex is older than dirt. There are more affordable places with more space. The washers and dryers are gross. Other residents do not have a pride in where they live. There’s always garbage and food thrown all over the place and dog poop does not get picked up.
