We appreciate that our building is very quiet. Our wish is to have better ventilation in the kitchen. The temperatures in diffent bedrooms are very uneven: The bedroom w/ Balcony is always 4-12 degrease cooler than the other. Consequently: During about 6 months a year we have to have the space heater on sometimes while we at the same time have to have a wind tower going on in the other bedroom. A wast of our money.

I just wanted to share a few words about our experience at Sunridge Heights and Ovation. We moved here in September 2024, and it's been a really great experience. The staff are attentive and friendly, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. We also really enjoy the resident events?they make it easy to meet neighbors. As retirees who are new to the Las Vegas area, that's meant a lot to us. We're very happy here and truly enjoying living at the community.

I have enjoyed my time at Aspire at Sunridge Heights so far (17 months). My unit is cozy, the team at the front desk have been friendly to me, and thr maintenance team have been generous with their time when I have extra questions about my few maintenance glitches I've experienced. I am also someone who appreciates quiet because I work from home, and it's so peaceful in my building that I sometimes forget other people live here too!

Very nice facility, but could use more upkeep. No loud music at all, ample parking, no hallway noise, but thin floors, especially if the room above you walks on their heals. Pool was closed for longer than scheduled, animal smells are an issue, dog hair on your shoes from hallway carpet and sidewalks.

Good but the pet waste issue is getting out of control. There is no pet relief area attached to building 1 so the sidewalks are covered in urine and feces. Also, numerous dog owners are not picking up their dogs feces, so there is dog poop everywhere on the property.

I've only been here about six months but so far everything has been wonderful! The amenities are outstanding and everything is well-maintained and clean. The community events are amazing and a great opportunity to chat with neighbors!

Apartment is fine. The appliances are a different story (other than the cooktop/frig). They are cheap GE units. The dishwasher does a horrible job in cleaning, even small loads that are pre rinsed-very load. The washing machine-very loud. When paying rent on line there is over a $50 service fee. Cant pay by check-there's a fee also??? Smell of pot often-but I don't know what you can do about that. Thank you

Property Management is top tier! They do a great job responding to inquiries and keeping residents in the know. Maintenance Team fulfills maintenance requests in less than 24-hours. If the service extends beyond same day, they keep you posted in progress. Community Events and activities are impressive, there is always something to do. Overall the Community grounds and pool are kept neat and tidy.

For the most part it is very pleasant some small issues within that i think can be worked on. The first being the leak in the irrigation system outside building 2 by the entrance door. 2nd is reducing or removing the $75 dollar convenience fee for the rent. $75 is a pretty hefty convenience fee. Lol theres also a "convenience" fee to drive to a nearby place to pay rent.

Seems like in the last 6 months I've seen a shift in residents. More screaming profanity, disrespectful people on phones, crazy with dogs, and non residents at the pool. It's not the same experience as when I moved in.
