Overall a positive experience. Some community amenities are damaged / faulty and currently not working. However, the rest of the apt is very clean and well kept, and remains superior to alternative options. I enjoy living here. The pool, gym and additional amenities are excellent.

I have enjoyed the apartment, but have nothing to compare it to. I ut 4 stars for noise, but I like the good noise from the pool and other activities going on, so it isn't necessarily bad. When I want quiet it definitely is!

Overall it's been great, the areas of concern are some repairs; the handicap chair at the pool has been broken for 9 months, the outdoor TVs have been also broken for some time. Stairwell E has the aroma of urine for 10 months. In my opinion these issues should be resolved as soon as possible. I know other have submitted requests foe these repairs, It shouldn't have said that we pay rent to have the amenities in working order.

I love living here. It is a safe, beautiful, in a great location, and really clean. The apartment complex has everything you need: modern, well-maintained, with common areas that can be used as office, meeting rooms, events, or just to have fun. The gym, yoga studio, pool, the area assigned to be used as beauty salon, the massage room, and tanning room are a PLUS! and it's great that they are open 24/7. The free coffee/tea is something that really makes a difference. The events for the community are really nice and the effort from the staff to make them happen is greatly appreciated. I also like that the company has alliances with different establishments for discounts that we can use.

Keys weren’t ready when I moved in. There are no security cameras. Cars and bikes have been stolen. We have a resident portal, where a lot of posts aren’t approved by management. Fire alarm in building 2 goes off often at all times of the day and night. Management addressed the issue just once but hasn’t fixed the problem. Parking lot was painted and tenants weren’t notified until the week OF so a lot of cars were towed.

Maintenance requests are closed without issue being fixed. Community is super loud and crazy. Parking is a mess, you have to pay for a covered spot which is ridiculous for the rent you pay. I’ve never had an apartment with so many issues, with maintenance or management or neighbors it is seriously always something.

We had a rocky start with getting the lease and building/gate access set up. It caused expensive delays for me. The staff should focus more on getting the lease and move in experience streamlined and smooth. It was a lot of aggravation when I had the least amount of time to deal with it.

We are paying high price to live here then take care of the place so it deserves the price . My unite AC was broken when I got my keys to move in which in Vegas I cannot stay in the room for days! Unacceptable that no one was checking it.

Elysian at Tivoli Village has amenities that are unmatched and in a prime location. We’re within walking distance to premiere eateries and shopping. Only thing is that the grounds need to have better attention. Other than that, we really enjoy the community and feel safe

Enjoy the amenities: fantastic gym, dog park, delivery lockers and pool. Love the onsite salon. Location is great being walking distance to Boca Park retail and restaurants as well as Tivoli. Community will host events a couple times a month. Mostly quiet.

I recently moved to Elysian at Tivoli in Las Vegas and am disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It appears that the apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Additionally, the welcoming email containing all move-in requirements was sent too late, forcing me to take a day off to manage these requirements on the day of my move. Moreover, the maintenance team has been entering the apartment with shoes that track in dirt and dust, showing a lack of respect for my home. I expect management to address and resolve these issues promptly to ensure a cleaner and more respectful service environment. The community is crowded and noisy and I believe just the location and my access to my office is the only benefit I have so far…

Would not recommend. Very unsafe all kind of theft from cars to packages. Especially when the carnival is in town. Nobody cares to keep this place up kept unless it’s an area a tour would come or if the owners are visiting all the sudden it’s run well. Pretty pathetic for what we pay to be honest. Other complexes do a better job. This one is expanding and can’t handle this one

It has been a great experience, I just have an issue with my neighbor that’s above me that doesn’t respect the quiet hours, been trying to solve this with security but not sure if there even going to the unit to let them know the problem since the situation keeps going on.

Tivoli is the best! My favorite of all the Elysians. It has a great location and great people :) Everything you need in a 2 mile radius and far enough from the strip. Would definitely reccommend to a friend.

The amenities are really good and the location is great. You can find a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and you are only 15 minutes away from the strip. The options for exercise are really vary and the space is comfortable.

Only recently moved in so not a depth of experience to share. The move-in experience was pretty good. Initially, I was given the wrong keys, and the unit wasn't cleaned. Both problems were handled quickly. Maintenace issues were handled quickly.

Elysian is a wonderful community to live, work and play. However, my bathtub remains cracked for well over two years. It was initially repaired in 2021, but returned within a month or so. I placed several work requests and alerted several front desk personnel and maintenance personnel, yet the crack persists. Maintenance had identified that the crack returned back in 2021. Unfortunately, the crack remains in September 2023.

I think you should hire more team for cleaning the hallways.The carpets, the pool area, and all the dog hair is all over the place. Poop and diarrhea are in the hallway, it's really Smelly

The experience so far here at tivoli has mediocre to stay the least. It feels as though you should just except the conditions that you have been put in and basically Shane on you for complaining. If I was in charge the things I see would be unacceptable. Some of the staff needs more training with management skills and learn to communicate it goes along way.

This community is quite beautiful and very serious. All the comforts are up to date, they keep everything clean and with a good smell wherever you are. The work team they have is incredible, I recommend this community
