We have lived in this community for six years, they have been good years, we have seen many changes in management and the only thing they have done is raise our rents enormously, not to mention the cost of water, we pay more for water than our relatives who have their own house, and no one bothers to do a review, that is my experience.

Downhill, abysmal, lost faith in humanity. Needs a lot of improvement, new management, and a brand new maintenance staff that knows what their job is. Also keep the dog poop bags stocked because no one picks up their ----.

Escena is quiet and safe..Moved in February 2024 and had no issues..Neighbors are friendly..Maintenance does a great job..Apartments are renovated before you moved in with new appliances and also full washer and dryer....

WORST PLACE EVER
I will start off by saying that this place is an absolute joke, and run by incompetent clowns. If I can give this place a 0-star review I would, let's start with location, first since its located in Summerlin you would expect it to be somewhat nice right? WRONG! With the amount of shootings, break-ins, and poor management the city should shut this place down not to mention the numerous health code violations. Our neighbor suffered with BLACK MOLD for several months at a time and the maintenance team would sit there and shrug. When my partner and I first moved in last year we were in the middle of an extreme heatwave and our AC didn't work, naturally, you'd expect for someone to fix it but no. They sent some dope who BROKE our AC unit and we went 3 weeks in the August heat without any AC. No matter how many times we would go up to the front office and complain we were met with "Hmm doesn't sound like my problem." SERIOUSLY?! PensĆĀ© que serĆĀa una buena experiencia pero realmente fue todo lo contrario. En todo momento a mi apartamento se le Dana algo sean las puertas de los closeth, la estufa, el piso, el lavamanos en fin tantas cosas y siempre tengo que ir a rogar a la oficina que vayan a mirar mi apartamento, llevo mĆĀ”s de un mes creo que casi dos meses pidiendo que arreglen muchas cosas en el y nunca aparecen dicen que no son cosas de emergencias pero yo si tengo que aguantar vivir con todo eso en mal estado. AdemĆĀ”s un dĆĀa un ladrĆĀ³n se tratĆĀ³ de meter por mi ventana y realmente a escena no le importo. Estoy muy decepcionada de este lugar.

They fixed all my move in issues but super hated having to be the squeaky wheel to get issues resolved. I don't like being "that" lady. But will say once they got here to fix them all, Stephen, did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain and ask if I was satisfied with each one he fixed. Will also say Greystar needs to find a new renovation team. The one they used for my place makes them look bad. Stephen couldn't fix a couple things bc renovation team made it that way.

I have only been here for 3 weeks, and while I love the space of my apartment, the location of the community, there has been frustration surrounding the readiness and functioning of major appliances in my apartment upon move-in. The office staff have been very professional and approachable; however, when I moved in, the washer & dryer, dishwasher, and water in the primary tub did not work, and the state and functioning of the stove is terrible and, respectfully, the overall job of the cleaning service before move-in was not great at all. The floors were absolutely filthy, and there was much dirt left inside all the kitchen cabinets and inside the dishwasher. I enjoy maintaining a clean home, so I did my own deep cleaning before unpacking my belongings; however, the $150 cleaning fee charged was not at all warranted. As of now, I still do not have a functioning washing machine and have had to spend extra money to utilize a laundromat.

Horrible! Since Iāve moved in itās been problems! Iām moved in December 8th 2023! December 18th my water in building 10 was shut off for more than 12 hours! They were suppose to notify us when it will be back on which they didnāt! I had to call emergency maintenance which the lady couldnāt even get a hold of them til 10pm! Also we just had someone get murder in the building behind mines! No one communicated with tenants to keep us informed on what possible took place! Thanks to fox 5 for making us aware we couldnāt get in to our units! Lastly it took maintenance 29 days to fix my service request that arenāt really even completed yet! Office staff changes frequently! Also we have a maintenance man with an ankle monitor pretty scary to let these people in your house! Just a crappy experience overall! If you like paying rent and not getting your service request fixed then this is the place to waste your money!

The community is always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I have lived in the community for some time now and hardly hear loud noises or any acts of violence. My experience has Ben great!

Living at Escena has been a okay experience, but I donāt plan on being here long term. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. The gate doesnāt work at times, and thereās a pest problem that hasnāt been addressed. I do love that everything is nearby, but aside from that I wouldnāt recommend living here.

When we first moved in, it was great we loved our apartment but after sometime living here bad things started to happen like damage to our cars. One of our cars got stolen fights everywhere. Just a lot of things that we did not want to be close to at all! We will not be resigning our lease we will be moving out into a safer neighborhood and hopefully these type of things do not happen, I wouldnāt recommend anyone to live here, especially if you are a single mother with children Iād give you advice to move somewhere a little safer than here, we donāt feel safe, living here at all, when you have to check your childās bedroom for bullet holes to make sure that they was not shot through the wall is a really bad thing and very unsafe!

I have had my complaints and maintenance issues ignored, my AC was fixed after almost 3 weeks of being out. The staff was uncaring and inconsiderate. The overall experience of living here has been awful and we are still waiting to hear back about the issues with our apartment.

The place is pretty and quiet. No unsavory characters hanging around, just residents coming and going. Plenty of parking and decent amenities, as long as there are enough key fobs per each unit. I don't like asking the office everytime I want to swim to unlock the gate. What is the point of a gated community if the gate never closes? Staff is attentive, but seem to have their hands tied to make anything happen.

I enjoy living here. It's quiet and it's been a safe space to live in. The office management team are always willing to help. The amenities are good. They always try to keep the outside clean. I'm happy here.

NEW OWNERSHIP IS HORRIBLE STAFF LIES
I have lived at this property combined between west & east sides for apx 8 years. I have been through a couple of ownership changes. I never had any issues until Greystar bought this property apx 6 months ago. When they bought the property the online rental portal was down almost a full month making it impossible to pay rent online. I have a few communications saying it would be back up before rent due. It wasnt, I was leaving town & went down to the office to tell them I couldnt pay with portal down from out of town. They said I wouldnt be charged a late fee. I WAS! Next it turned in 2 repair requests was marked complete in 2 days but wasnt fixed for 5 weeks. The next was for my shower it after 4 weeks it was NEVER even looked at. I was showering at a firends house & got fed up so found someone to kind of fix it & deleted the month old repair request. I enjoy living in the Ecsena community I feel safe and it is quiet. I submitted a work request and had a very quick response and they came out and took care of the issue. The very next morning maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and the office staff is very courteous and professional.

So far it have been a journey at my old age. It is no difference than when I was young. Life comes with challenges everyday you are on a journey to learn what life consist of. I thank God I do not have dimension, my mind so far is still grasping the challenges of life. It is truly not so easy when you are older. But I thank Cameron and Jessica for theirs patience with me. This place isn't that terrible, but I would recommend shopping around for a better price. Their maintenance staff are great, but like most apartments, they charge way to much and raise rent almost every year.

One of the communities in summerlin area that has highest rate of crime and car theft according to police that responded to my stolen vehicle out of the complex in 2023. Numerous criminals live here. Litter is always scattered throughout the complex.

Considering i moved in before their transitional period I initially had a bad experience considering the disrepair the apartment was in. Currently with escena having bought out the community, theyāve hired more maintenance and staff which has helped them with the upkeep.
