My experience has always been that when I need something done it's done. Also every time I need the help with the office both ladies go out of their way to fix problems with my phone concerning rent cafe. Also our property is so professional with repaving our driveways. I would recommend this complex 100%.

Nice apartment, GREAT staff, and: ------ workout facility. Pay for a universal gym and some adjustable benches. I question whether anyone uses the bicycles. I don't. But overall a nice place to live. Plus, maybe we need more trash dumpsters.

Nice but the parking rules should apply to all residents not just some. I've noticed a lot of people backing into there space. I was told this was not allowed so why do I notice so much abuse if this rule.

It's changed hands numerous times but always a good experience with management and maintenance people all very friendly and courteous. One thing is that we used to have renters not pick up their dog poop overall is good some areas are not so good

IIts quiet near the places I go the staff is pleasant and helpful when their assistance is needed the tenants are also pleasant and everyone mind their own business not happy with valet trash at all

I've had mostly great experiences in this community. Most of my neighbors have been easy going people, the office has been helpful most of the time and maintenance always fixes things in a very timely manner.

I like this side of town and this is a nice place. The pool is perfect for children being shallow. Parking is not great if you have more than 1 vehicle. The work out facility is adequate unless you lift heavy or do squats.

Appliances not working on move in, months and many excuses to get fixed. Gates broken Dog poop all over. Pool not heated Kids running people own on sidewalks with bikes and electric scooters. Kids out until 10 on playgrounds screaming Riding and running on roads, people driving over speed limit, pure luck we haven't had them mowed down.

Very nice, since being here we haven't had any problems, close to shopping only minutes to the srip across the street to south point casino for entertainment and dining . Parking is not the best but we can live with it.

I need to describe my experience in a minimum of 201 characters. So I need to fill this in. Overall we are happy with living here and have no issues with staff or maintenance. The only issue we have is trying to fill in this block with at least 201 characters. Again we are happy here.

I like living here for the most part. The staff are friendly, maintenance is always helpful, the trash never piles up, the neighbors are generally pleasant, and there are a lot of furry friends here. The three main downsides are there are a lot of fees on top of rent, there is no longer any grass at all, and the pools are both very small.

Its more than I could ask for. Love it here. I plan on living here many years. The staff and maintenance are quick to respond. I would recommend putting paper letter on resident doors to help with the residents to clean after their pets vs emails. My child steps in dog poop almost every week and although the company sends emails daily to inform residents to clean after their pets, I don't think a lot of people see it, so maybe a paper note on everyone's doors

Beautiful place

We love this property it is very nice as well as the staff. Very clean and quiet. The only downside is not much parking. And not many handicap parking spaces. Other than that it amazing. I hope and pray our tent doesn’t increase when it’s time for our renewal because we really don’t want to move. This place is heaven

The office staff although friendly is not on top of the maintenance to get work done . They bandaide everything but never fix the issue. Nick is the most rude and arrogant manager I have ever dealt with. The lack of professionalism he gives me and other residents from what I’ve heard is definitely a favorites game. Because of how he treated me I will never recommend these apartments. Rent is over priced and the grass area to the side of the office is always full of dog drops or the pool is closed too. Tired of paying every month for amenities I don’t even have access too. Really un happy with my experience. I lost my referral because it was “too late” for me to get that credit. Then goes to give 300$ off another tenants rent for a “5 star review” on Google. Very unprofessional and unethical. I’d rather rent a budget suite and take my chances then to deal with Nick and the lack of empathy these people have for their tenants who pay.

Roach problem, average apartment, not enough room for Guest to park because they now sell spots. Now you can’t back in to your own parking spot. I think the community is 50-50 you have some people who are clean, and some people who are not so some people bring down the community. It would be great if people just respected one another pick up their own trash pick up after their own dogs. The apartments do their best to keep the grounds looking great everything looking clean again some people just do not respect it.

Location is very convenient, close to several popular shopping outlets & a few minutes to the 15. Mgmt team is professional and communication is excellent. South Point casino is right down the street, a nice perk for local entertainment

Staff is amazing, if I have any concerns or problems at all they are quick to solve the problem or the concern, if they don't know the answer they will find the answer. The control and professionalism is almost perfect in keeping the community clean and safe

It has been a pleasure living here until one afternoon last year when our up stairs neighbors moved in with a child " perhaps autism " he has made our lives miserable, a living nightmare meaning he runs around all day long,banging on the walls screaming etc. We basically have to turn our TV up very loud or play music at very high levels " we don't enjoy " hes so so very bad that neighbors on the other side of the building have asked us how do you live with that ? He drives us crazy . We have complained at least seven or more times " marssia in office " has left messages with no response from them . Recently spoke with nick and they were better for two days we said maybe he told them this is your last warning but unfortunately they are still doing it . Now I'm missing work from not sleeping , kids are tired in school from being awaken in the middle of night .And it's not the kids fault upstairs it's the parents knowingly having a distrub child but yet still renting the above apartment. Much better since the change in staff. There was a woman in the leasing office that was exceptionally unpleasant who is no longer there which is good. Also, more staff hired for maintenance which has improved my experience greatly
