Complex is safe, clean and very pet friendly. Maintenance is prompt and respectful. Only wish pet park wasn’t sprayed with chemicals and use a safe non toxic form. Other than that, Tanager is a great place to live.

The location is great and the apartment is nice (aside from the battleship gray painted doors and trim everywhere). Leasing and maintenance team are always super to work with. The clubhouse, pool and gym are also one of the best around - however, the gym is becoming increasingly utilized by a growing number of Tanager Echo tenants, which is frustrating and also unfair to Tanager tenants especially since we are paying for use of the gym while Tanager Echo tenants are using it for free.

Very much enjoy spending my time here.. Bungalow living.. The walkability to Downtown Summerlin, the Ballpark, Red Rock Casino is great! Enjoy being a short drive to Red Rock Canyon and options to the entertainment to the strip.

Tanager is perfectly located to the downtown Summerlin area. Overall, I have had zero issues during my stay and am in love with property, amenities and surrounding area. The property itself has changed management staff 3 times since I have been a resident over the last 3+ years and most recently opened another building doubling the occupancy. So far Greystar is doing a decent job keeping up supporting both properties. And most of the people at Tanager are awesome!

1. ALL entrances to building A should be WITHIN the security gate. 2. ALL dogs should be on leash but rare 3. Storage units could be keyless 4. Maintenance seem to be short staffed 5. The front staff are great but communication could be better among them. They seem to be short staffed.

Rents are to high compared to other buildings in the area. To much noise as construction has been going on for two years. Place is nice, our Gym is being used by the Echo new building, not good. Security is good and they do have a security patrol. Maintenance is good but they aren't changing the Filters HGVC. Preventive maintenance to keep buildings in better conditions.

awesome place to live. The apartment I have has a great view. Floor to ceiling windows and very spacious compared to other apartments in the area. The closeness to the Vegas Ballpark and Summerlin downtown means I have everything I need within walking distance.

Tanger is located right across from Downtown Summer and resident have access to a range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The staff, from the leasing office, management, and maintenance teach are excellent, responsive, and professional. One point of feedback is that general cleaning of the property could be a bit improved by having more frequent cleaning of common areas (e.g. hallways, elevators, bbq areas) as these are high traffic for residents. Overall though, I really enjoy living here and look forward to renewing.

The maintenance team is amazing, courteous and of the utmost professional. First name basis which is a sign of community. Its time for furniture (pool) upgrades (as well as any/all outdoor furniture by the grill areas), dog park needs to be sanitized at least once a month and expanded to accommodate all of the new pets that have moved in since the opening of Echo

Stay away

Atrocious value for this place I spent $2900 a month for a two bedroom. The management staff was atrocious. The upkeep and maintenance was not good. The crime was even worse. My car was broken into twice. My wife’s car car broke into once management is impossible to get a hold of if you have an issue, the hot tub is down for eight months. Absolutely the worst apartment experience. I’ve had considering how much this place is.

Very nice apartment complex feels secure and very modern. Love all the amenities and everything that comes with this place. Would highly recommend. They have very nice units and worth the price. The staff is nice and friendly. Tanger has a very easy and convenient feel of living which is such a relief.

I don’t think you want me spreading the word about Tanager. Overall the years since I have been a resident the quality of the management team has dropped significantly very sad. The last 12 months has been disappointing from the office staff for this new management team. The maintenance department are unstaffed and over worked. Request that would take a few hours for prior management is taking days and even they are not done correctly requiring multiple request.

Dirty, not a luxury apartment complex

I have several concerns about my unit and none have been addressed by management to this point. I dropped off my apartment checklist within 48 hours stating all of the issues with the unit and I am still waiting for maintenance to fix them. I have also scheduled a time for maintenance to come by and they failed to do so. One of the biggest issues, is my sliding door onto the patio does not lock. I have been in the unit for over three weeks and that is a real safety concern. This has been told to management and nothing has been done. My toilet does not flush completely, it seems that the toilet is completely backed up and this has been happening since my move in day. The trash valet has never come to pick up the trash outside my unit despite management pitching this service during my visit. I have called the office and asked what the issue could be and was told they would speak with the waste management people but nothing has changed.

My experience in the community has had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I've noticed that the staff has been making improvements since they took over. This is a promising sign for the future. However, there are some issues that need attention. The stairs often have dog hair, which can be a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the first-level entrance on the North door consistently has an unpleasant smell. In the elevator, there's a funny odor, and the cleanliness of the floor is not consistent. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to improve the community, and I hope these specific concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Since Greystar took over the level of quality management has provided is poor. The carpets are so dirty, stairwells are filled with stains and dog hair. The management will take multiple days to respond to an email. The GM is not welcoming or friendly. None of the residents concerns that have been brought to management have been addressed.

Common areas not taken care of. Carpets are soiled and hallways feel like a prison. Many residents are nice but some -------s do not pick up after their dogs. On e in you are locked so be sure you know what you are getting into. Not the best common area maintenance. No water in the clubhouse or gym and ice machine and grills are gross!!!!
