The community is very nice. Very busy. Parking is a bit of a hassle sometimes. Rubbish handling is not always the greatest. The pool is closed for extended times. Overall it is not a bad place to live. The second lease term rent went up significantly.

Nice. My only complaint is the rise in rent by $200 for my new lease. Also, the monthly increase in water bill. Very disappointed in those two things. Additionally, my upstairs neighbors are very loud. I have called the office a couple of times. It would stop, then start again. I've just given up??

The service technician left a complete mess of a job in the middle of my laundry room. I discovered it when I desperately needed to shower at the end of the night after an 18 hour day. Not only did the technician leave a ladder in the middle of my laundry room, the door is broken to the laundry and the carpet was wet. Additionally, the hot water is off. I decided to brave a cold shower, but the water pressure is nearly nonexistent. They did not bother to clean their towels off my dryer. I can't believe I pay rent every month to live in a place that does such a crap job at repairs.

There is not enough parking here , the rent is too high and keeps going up every year and maintenance is way too loud early in the mornings when we are trying to sleep. We miss the hot tub that was here when we first moved in and the colors of the buildings instead of the ugly prison gray doors they've painted.

Overall a good experience here. There are a few things that I don't like. One being there is no parking because of people without passes also people parking there cars in spots and never moving over a long period of time. Second is people letting there dogs of leash and dog poop all over the rocks. Third I can't use the pool because it's full of kids with no parent supervision.

The apartments are nice and the staff is ok. My only problem is that when you're trying to park at spot close to your apartment, there goes all the employees vehicles parked under the shed. Which gives residents no where to park!

I find the lack of cameras outside to be bad. People are vandalizing the pool putting garbage in places they are not supposed to but nothing happens. These people should be evicted Disgusting. Makes it bad for all of us.

Overall, the community is decent and a good value. The staff are very friendly and always going out of their way to help the residents. The amenities are nice. My biggest complaint is how thin the ceilings and walls are. I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around and can hear their baby crying. I also often hear them talking to each other. There needs to be better insulation.

It's ridiculous for the amount of money we are paying to only live here but the extra fees added on community fees for what the pool is closed. There's a limit for amenities why? You guys claim to be kid friendly and I understand you guys do a lot of little events in the office for kids but having a limit for fun activities as the gym and the pool I just don't agree with that I think you guys need to have more of a structured community. Why hasn't these edited additions or whatever you guys doing to the poolside implemented during the fall or winter when no one was in the pool it is hot. It is Vegas being said that the pool is open 24 hours, they're being maintenance to be scheduled during the hotter months is ridiculous. Get it together.

Maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner. However, parking after 10pm (and on Sundays) can be problematic. One night it took me more than 10 minutes to finally find a place to park. Another issue is rent. What's the point of saying that x is the monthly amount due (mine is $1750 including pet rent and all the other fees) but I've seen my rent as high as $2000.

Been adequate. Too many people don't care, leave dog waste everywhere, violate dumpster rules and no enforcement of any policies. Gate is often left open so security is less than adequate. The grounds are kept up but to minimum standards

Everyone in the office is wonderful, but Scarlett and Hannah are especially great! They are always so helpful and always so good with my kids. The community is always nice and clean which is huge for me, especially having young children running around. The events the front office puts on are such a nice little perk. My daughter loves going to the office for treats. They really do find ways to bring people together and make it a nice place to live.

Pretty good experience overall. We moved in 2021 from out of state. The process was. Paula was amazing. I love the community. This is a dog friendly apartment so sometimes other residents don't clean up after their pets, but management and maintenance are usually on top of it. No major issues other than we do not have designated parking and that can be a bit of a hassle when trying to unload groceries and you have to park outside the gates in front of the office. Overall, this a nice community. The pool area is always clean during the Summer, the leasing office staff is always courteous, and maintenance responds quickly to any requests. We have been here for almost 3 years and have not had any major issues. I definitely recommend for any residents looking for a dog friendly apartment complex.

Mostly okay, however the parking situation here is absolutely absurd. Not sure why you number the spots if not assigned, half the parking has no pass. I can't ever get a spot due to working late nights. I like the car to be in eyes view as I've had people try to tamper with my vehicle and I am having to park clear across the complex just to get to my home. Also the dog feces is an ongoing issue, not to mention the trash disposals and the security gaurd that just sits in the gym on his phone late night. When I moved in originally this place was much more than it is now. A shame to see it go downhill and lead to my choice of departure this year.

MAA cable needs to be an option. We shouldn't have to pay cable if we don't use it. Also their is trash everywhere and dog poop. We pay a community fee to have the trash and poop to be cleaned. None of the tenants pick up after themselves.
