Yearly lease goes up to >100$. No ceiling/capped to loyal residents. No royalty. Live in this apartment complex for 10 years and never been late on monthly payment. Residents are getting rowdy. Illicit drug dealing is observed. T is not a safe place- . Former resident who left had his catalytic converter stolen without any resolution.

There is no ceiling for old residents Like me. I paid my dues on time. Every year I got am increase of more than $ 100 for my rent. My apartment was never been repaired or did major repair in my stay. No royalty. My last year here. Thank you. Environment is getting dirty.

Residents are now getting rowdy. Not following the driving limit. Some turn on the volume of the car so loud. Dogs poop are everywhere. Trashes are all around. Rental is increasing yearly. No royalty.

Close to evertlything- work, hospital, grocery stores, pharmacy, and police station. It is a gated community and security is the priortity. Staff is accommodating and customer centered. It is a nice place to walk the dog.

Graet apartment. Near to shopping, hospital, freeway, police station-accessible to all. The amenities are excellent. It is a gated a community . Staff are friendly and attentive. What I like too is I am.n Ear to my workplace. Just. . 3 of a mile
