The community is 4/5 stars. Mostly nice people, only some people are loud and obnoxious, but, that is to be expected with renting an apartment and living alongside so many people. The apartment itself is rather well put together and is rather nice. Only minor shows of use and some poor craftsmanship here and there (cabinet drawer having water damage due to steam from dishwasher, paint bubbling near tub, poor caulking of tub, etc). Also, it's not a bad area to live in. But nonetheless, my biggest complaint, and something that makes no logical sense to me, is the parking. The parking here was very poorly thought out. Its as if the complex/ property owners did not take into consideration the amount of vehicles there are to open parking spots and the layout. To me, paying nearly $1400+ rent, and something as parking being an issue, is asinine. A simple fix would be assigned parking (2 vehicle spots close to your apartment designated to you), with a designated lot for excess vehicles. But to be paying the kind of money that you do such as the rent, the mandatory MAA connect, and the the community fee, to have to park on the complete other side of the complex is absolutely ridiculous and makes zero sense to me. On a side note, on the rating for the security practices and the effectiveness, I put a 3 star rating simply because I have never seen security. Which, all things considered, can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

I think the complex in general is good, and the apartment itself is nice. The major thing that is an irritating factor is the parking. It's pretty ridiculous to be paying upwards of $1300 a month and then some and cant even park by your building. I have had to walk across the whole complex at time due to this issue. It's pretty asinine.
