Extremely professional experience from inquiry, on-site visit and tour and smooth move in process. Pet friendly, lots of green sections and a small dog park, good playground for the kids.  1 block away from the VA with a bus stop on the same block south of the complex for a 30min DVT Express Bus ride to downtown Las Vegas, 15 mins from Nellie AFB, 30 mins around 215 to SW corner of Las Vegas.  Great Location,  no highway noise from 215 a mile north at Pecos.   Occasional F16 jets flying out of Nellis AFB. Technically this is the Clark County 215 / Alliante Neighborhood. 20 mins to Centennial Hills Hospital.

Honestly this community is one of the best apartments I've seen in town, very professional office staff and quick maintenance service, while the community itself is majority military due to being close to the airforce base.

Location. Location. Location.  The waiting for the background to clear during the holiday season was stressful.  Once we received the green light, our move-in process was easy and professional.  Thanks to the staff who kept us in the loop during the waiting period. We love the location !!!

Generally, it's been a great experience here. The apartments themselves & the community in general trends upscale. My 3rd-floor corner view is fantastic as my living room view to the east is of the tops of palm trees & the front gate, while my bedroom view to the north is of the open desert & mountains. Bright blue skies, sunshine, clean air, & open spaces abound here (the community is currently surrounded by desert, although the nearby single-family home community of Palmer Ranch is being constructed to the northwest). My rent has increased significantly since I moved here in 2017 (although I did move from a 1br to a 2br) & you can count on yearly increases. The property is well maintained, the units are extremely clean & well-appointed. Office staff & maintenance is respectful, professional, cordial, helpful, & timely in their responses & feedback. That is VERY important to me. I like to keep to myself here & the neighbors here, although friendly & helpful when called upon, thankfully aren't nosy. Everyone by & large keeps to themselves (unless, of course, you happen to go to the great resort-like pool to socialize, catch some rays, & splash about). In my estimation, the demographics here are split pretty evenly between young & older. Everyone here works & I'd consider this a solid middle-middle to upper-middle-class demographic (although there has been the occasional unsavory looking person living here, this IS America & it can't be avoided anywhere you go, I suppose). License plate frames will show alma maters...and California license plates (along with other out-of-town plates), in particular, are plentiful. There is a strong contingent of military personnel here as the new & modern VA hospital is right across the street, & Nellis AFB is a short 10-15 minute drive away. We want good, professional, respectful, friendly, law-abiding people here. If that's you, I highly recommend this place. You won't be able to get more for your money.

The grounds are always clean and well landscaped. The buildings were just painted and look beautiful. The employees are always willing to help and everyone from the office workers to the maintenance crew are very friendly.

After I signed  to move in, the place reeked of cat urine. I wanted the carpet removed and the place cleaned before my move in.  The maintenance dept. took care of it.  I was very happy of their cleanup.request

It's been a good experience except when MAA raised the rent during the pandemic, I thought that was wrong, and I did renew my lease at that time,  however I'm not going to be able to pay $1,498.00 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment when it's raised almost $200.00 this next lease. I'm sorry I can no longer afford to live here.

The service technician left a complete mess of a job in the middle of my laundry room. I discovered it when I desperately needed to shower at the end of the night after an 18 hour day. Not only did the technician leave a ladder in the middle of my laundry room, the door is broken to the laundry and the carpet was wet. Additionally, the hot water is off. I decided to brave a cold shower, but the water pressure is nearly nonexistent. They did not bother to clean their towels off my dryer. I can't believe I pay rent every month to live in a place that does such a crap job at repairs.
