Alarm system has gone off early in the morning a couple times this month, once for a sprinkler system leak. The only reason I know that, is because my apartment unit was flooded with water! The other time was two days ago, I'm not sure why? There has been no communication from the property, was it a fire? Who knows? Parking is an issue, most of the time I need to park 2 buildings down from my unit.

    I just recently moved into my apartment. Everything is going well, so far. Nice quiet neighborhood. Neighbors dogs don't bark & bark. I previously stayed @ an Airbnb & dogs barking was a concern for me. The only issue I've been having is parking. Parking near your unit is an issue.

      Just moved in, I was in a hurry to find a pet friendly apartment. If I had more time, I probably would have looked into more places. This apartment is fine for the purpose. When moving into my unit, parking near the entrance to my unit was impossible to obtain. There just isn't room for all vehicles in the tight corner of the unit + adjacent building.
