The management company here consists of some of the laziest people you're likely to encounter. Several of the residents have approached the management to address the parking situation but they continue to ignore our work orders, emails and phone calls. Requests that are as simple as higher visibility signage and to contracting with a towing company are ignored. As I type this, there is someone parked in my spot yet again. I asked the management company to swap my parking space with an empty unit's and rather than telling me no or doing it, they ignored my request and made me awkwardly ask the new neighbors to switch with me. Requests for maintenance are only addressed when they are legally required to, such as a water leak or furnace issue. I have water damage and cosmetic damage from the prior tenant that was promised to be addressed, but has not been. My next door neighbor had their washer leak and damage their bedroom flooring, but nothing was repaired that was cosmetic. I will not be renewing my lease, and I warn anyone that moves into the DeLuxe apartments to think twice before doing so.

Walk-able/mixed neighborhood near stores, shops, bus. Property/Landscaping well maintained. Decent maintenance repairs. Some safety concerns (high homeless population sleeping/camping out at Mexican restaurant across the street, odd passerbys, unlicensed/abandoned cars, and some possible criminal activity in nearby neighborhood along South Wells Ave and Colorado River Blvd streets).

The Loft units are wonderful! They are a mix of modern and vintage. The maintenance staff are always on point and squared away. Some things to note; there should be shaded covers for all outdoor vehicle parking, and some sort of privacy fence around the vicinity of the grounds. Furthermore, unfortunately, the cameras around the entire property were taken out and those were a great deterrent for trespassers and thieves.

We love living here. The community is small and friendly. The apartment is unique and more interesting than anywhere else available. The location puts us in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and local events.
