Living here has been a great experience overall. The front desk staff, especially Joel, is always welcoming and on top of things. Our super Arsenio is incredibly responsive and takes care of issues quickly and professionally. On the management side, Kadeem and Amelia have been communicative, fair, and genuinely attentive to residents' needs. It's clear the whole team takes pride in maintaining a well-run building and making tenants feel at home. Would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

Nice building but facing a cement site…

The apartment building is great by all accounts, and I have no complaints about the team there. But being on the side of Atlantic Ave has shortened our nights: the cement site runs starting as often as 5am, with cement trucks coming in and out constantly. The noise is very disturbing, and I’m not a light sleeper… New residents should move into a North facing unit or pick a higher floor (10+), per my recommendation.

Friendly staff, apartments have good finishes and are good sizes at reasonable prices. Location is pretty good, close to subways. Still low occupancy so building is quiet, and the amenities are pretty good.

I just moved in and I love it here. Very quiet and staff is nice and helpful. I also love how accessible it is to other boroughs. Highly recommend if given the opportunity. Also pet friendly for fur mom and dads.

It was fast, convenient and easy which made my move-in process smooth. The staff are a breath of fresh air. Quite frankly, I feel safer here than I did in my past apartment. I really hope we remain this way and not house people who are unfit and will destroy the quality of life in this building.

Beautiful community, nice food places , parks, grocery stores . Close to Barclays center , access to buses and trains . Multiple parks to that you can take your kids or pets if you're a pet owners. I love my community!

It's been great living here so far. The building is pristine and the staff has been excellent. We've been here a couple weeks and have found it to be one of the best places we've lived. Courteous staff and very responsive to issues even if they are out of the window of repair time. They get most issues resolved within 24 hours and even faster. The space is very gorgeous and quiet, and I do feel safe.
