Helping a friend

An Elderly friend needed to move and find a place quickly. We stopped in at Maplewood Estates and was helped by Karen. My friend needed a first floor one bedroom apartment. Luckily they had one available. Karen made it easy to get the paperwork done in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and everyone there was very helpful!

    100 percent feels like home

    Karen was very helpful,quickly responsive and friendly throughout our whole moving process. Move in date was a day early. And everything that was promised upon moving was all available for us. Made moving in easy and was a pleasure !

      Garbage donā€™t do it

      With amount of rent we are paying itā€™s not even remotely worth it, youā€™d be better getting a mortgage. These woman here do the bare minimum and the place is treated like a circus. Canā€™t wait to leave and save yourself the hassle and run lol

        Amazing Experience

        Bailey Dykens did a great job of showing my boyfriend and I around the model apartment. She answered all of the questions we had and even did a price breakdown for us. She gave us a couple different options that would be available soonest as well. Overall it was a great experience and we both enjoyed working with her!
