Resident ā€¢ 2023 - 2024

All positive reviews are paid fake reviews

All the positive reviews are paid fake reviews. This building is literally under construction and should not be rented out. This building is not in livable condition. Also most of the residents are not kind of people you want as neighbors. This is a tower of ------.

I have lived in this building for several years and I find management to be professional and quick to respond. The super and maintenance staff deal with problems quickly as well. The front desk is AMAZING! They always let me know when I have a package and are there 24 hours a day so I always feel safe. Love this building and my neighborhood. I am not usually one to post but these negative reviews make me so upset.

This is by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The management exerts every effort to cut your security deposit after you move out. First of all, the hallway has a foul smell with old and dirty carpet, the building has rodent and roach problems as well. The laundry room is way under capacity. Most importantly, the building manager (for privacy concern I won't reveal his name) who lives in the building is an extremely selfish and spiteful person. I strongly discourage people to rent their properties.

Writing a review because the building has gotten progressively worse. Asked for a simple repair in May and it wasn't done until October. Hot water comes out of faucets brown. Mice in apartment. Noise in the building is terrible, you can hear neighbors on both sides and above and below. You can hear actual conversations. Hallways are dirty. Sometimes trash chute area has bad smell for days. Front desk security people only last about 2-3 weeks and are replaced. They have keys to your apartment, so that's scary.

We worked 9am - 6pm everyday, rarely/never had friends come visit. And we never threw any party in this apartment. We would never live here again (even for free). 1. There was a MOUSE in our apartment. You would probably see one yourself. 2. Noise: You can hear EVERYTHING from the apartment above, under, and next door. 3. The floor is very thin, you will hear people walking and feel the floor shaking. You neighbors will complain 7 days a week and you will hate each other. 4. Hallway stinks, it never got cleaned. You don't want to live with that hallway for even a few months. 5. Building manager is terrible terrible. He set a date to get the work done and always later came up with an excuse. You will end up waiting at least a month for a 10-minute fix job. He will also tried to kick us out 3 days before the contract end so he can paint the wall and get it ready for the next tenants. We would never help him with anything again. this guy showed completely no appreciation. 7. Front desk is OK, but the best, nicest staff came and left. I don't think they get treated well. 8. The company that runs this building is very shaddy. They are slow to respond to needs, very demanding with requests from tenants and have no concern for who is living there. The building has a terrible odor, the doorman very unfriendly and the real estate agent (----------------) who has an exclusive listing on this apartment will rob you dry. He told my roommate and I one price for the apartment and tried to convince us to sign a lease for another price. He gave us no time to prepare paper work or get certified checks. He is an untrustworthy character that really shows the experience you will get with this building. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am the type of person who only likes to write positive reviews, but this experience has been so horrible I want to warn anyone and everyone about this building and ----------------.

i can't wait to move out

The hallway carpets on my floor are dirty and smell like cat urine- likely due to the fact that there are multiple cats that are let out of tenet apartments and allowed to roam the hallways. The floors are so thin my walls shake when the people upstairs are moving around. But beyond the noise being nearly unbearable, the vibrations have caused my night stands to move. There is also a school nearby and dozens of kids congregate at the store directly across from the entrance of the building nearly everyday- before and after school yelling up and down the street. The property manager has been replaced multiple times since I've been here and now the building has been sold and the new property manager hasn't returned any of my (6) calls regarding my move. I have lived in the city for over 5 years and in multiple buildings and I have never felt compelled to write about the experience until now. I deeply regret moving from my last apartment.

                  It's OK

Not too bad of a place but the floors are thin so your downstairs neighbor can here you and your upstairs neighbor sounds like a clomping horse. Building is safe and there is always parking after 7 and on the weekends.

RENT OVERCHARGE, Crazy Management, Low Class staff

I would not recommend moving into this building or any other Stonehenge Management building. I moved into a nicely renovated one bedroom apartment, and had to pay a HUGE fee, and I found out later that this Broker is a friend of the Owner, so its a fee scam. The Management was nasty when I called to talk to them about this, so I hired a Lawyer to pursue the fee, and she discovered that I was being overcharged for the apartment.

Stonehenge lied to the city about how much they spent on the new kitchen and bathroom, so the rent was illegally increased. I might get a rent refund, but I also might have to go to court. Now the staff is being rude to me because I guess I am causing trouble.

NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!
