All and all I am satisfied with this community. Rents are a little high for not having any amenities included. Maintenance staff and office staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are some things on the property that need attention and have been that way since I moved in.

The staff at Burns Management is very friendly and responsive. Service requests are easy to make, and are fulfilled in a very courteous manner. Snow removal is done in a very timely manner to the best of their ability.

This apartment community is top tier, I've had absolutely no issues with anyone here including the staff. The apartment itself is very nice and has been well kept. The service the maintenance team provides is spectacular and they quickly fix any problem you may have.

I personally feel this could be a wonderful place to live if the buildings were kept up better. The gutters are overflowing with plants growing in them. Broken concrete as you enter the building causing a safety concern basement halls and outside get cleaned by staff very rarely. I sweep weekly and vacuum the hall because I try to keep a clean apartment. None of these apartments are handicapped friendly which leaves people like myself struggling to do certain things. And better screening needs to be done when renting apartments. That way drugs and smoking wouldn't be an issue.

Really nice and quiet community. Any time I've needed a maintenance request they have been very quick to respond. The apartment was very spacious and there is a lot to to in the area. They also do a great job keeping things updated in the community.

A very quiet community with several " smokers " in my building. Hate the "smell" of it in the vestibule all winter. Other than that, I'm happy here now that the washing machine is fixed. Will eventually have to move due to the cost. I live on a fixed income.

I love the community and the convenience of being near Albany but not in Albany. The apartment itself is bery nice and a great size for me with everything I needed. The only complaint I have is that there isn't a phone number to be able to directly call maintenence. I once locked myself out of my apartment and had to wait in very cold weather for 45 minutes. I could only submit a maintenence request and the guy on the phone was somewhat unhelpful in the situation and basically said that there was no way to call maintenence and he didn't know when they would even come.

good place to live, there are lot of things to do around - library, fitness clubs, restaurants, malls, thatcher park very beautiful neighborhood in the albany pine bush area. It is a nice place & quiet neighborhood.

Bad apartment with full of rats & roaches. they will not refund deposit

Nobody should select this apartment. These are full of rats and roaches. Management will not do any pest control and will blame while leaving the apartment. They will not refund the deposit and will say tenant damaged the apartment. I filed court case against them.

Not quite living up to my expectations. Apartment was not in as good of shape as I would have liked. The kitchen cupboards and countertops are aged and need replacing. Also no water pressure very little hot water

Having been with Mohawk Village Apartments now for 17 years we have always been pleased with the staff throughout the years here. Between Ryan and Frank any issues we have within the apartment have always been taken care of. We highly recommend Mohawk Village Apartments. It is near many stores- within walking distance. It has been a great experience living here.

The apartment complex is in the perfect location. You have a bunch of food spots grocery store and gas. The complex is small quite. The apartment is small but perfect size for what most people need all and all 8/10

The community is quiet and convenient. Management is responsive and maintenance fixes things in an extremely timely manner. Lots of things to do and food nearby. Schools are excellent. Nice area to walk.

Place was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Nothing was repainted. There are drawings on the wall from previous tenant. Old dust stuck to walls. Inside of kitchen cabinets black with scum. I refuse to use them. Outside patio also filthy with old leaves, a birds nest, massive cobwebs. Massive stains on carpets. Large stains on walls. I've voiced my concerns about these topics several times. Jill Ferrara does not care. The only response I received was "I have maintenance go in and clean after everyone moved out" which is 100% not true in this case. The tenant next to me plays basketball inside and smokes marijuana making the entire hallway smell. I have a small child. This is unacceptable. I wish I never moved here and I wish I could leave but I cannot afford to move again. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The only positive thing I have to say is that all of the maintenance staff have been great.

Would not recommend to anyone based on the amount of money required for rent. The laundry washer is always broken and multiple times we have contacted management but nothing is done. There are neighbors in the apartment next door that reek and it leaks into our apartment as well as the ones above them. We've had several conversations with fellow tenants and multiple requests have been sent to management, but nothing has been done.

nice quiet place to live near the main road but not too close to it. very close to grocery stores, etc the kitchen is small but there is plenty of counter space for cooking. lots of closet space. laundry in the building.

First time I move in my apartment I been happy feeling that I was safe and didn't have to worry about anything because there was groceries across the street and if something went wrong on my car I could take the bus to work with no problem.

Small, treed and quiet complex with adequate local grocery, restaurants and shopping. Apartments are sunny and clean, wired for cable TV and internet. Bedrooms and living room/dining area are spacious except the kitchens could be more specious. Easy commuting by car or bus. Located near local and state parks.

The property is lovely and they do a great job of keeping everything on the up and up. The staff in the office are always so pleasant and they do their best to keep tenants informed and happy. The apartments themselves, while a bit dated are spacious and in decent shape. There could be some updates or modernizations to really make this place sparkle but otherwise, an enjoyable place to live.
