Noise Factory
The appearance and amenities are window dressing for a noise factory. Located in between 2 railroad tracks to the east and 1 to the west that run 24/7/365. The horn is extremely noticeable in your unit. The concrete floors offer no sound barrier from above units. You hear walking, running, jumping especially if children are above you. I heard toilets flushing, sinks/showers draining in the walls. The advertised rent price does not include the 2 MANDATORY monthly fees ($145.00) they add to your monthly bill. The dog park is constantly over run with dog waste. Probably the worst place I’ve ever lived

The new management is awful to much money for the service you get
Becarful if you rent here cause the new management is awful the old management fixed stuff if you had issues on the weekend the new one won't even if there is a leak or something breaks. For what we pay for the month it's not worth it.
