There has been urban decay in the neighborhood. There was also a recent problem with package piracy. A part of this problem is the passive response by building management. It's a great value for the expense, and I've enjoyed my time here, but I'm wanting to buy a home. The 2 factors involved is neighborhood decay and a need for more space.
