Loved it!

I recently moved out of this community to relocate closer to work, but I truly enjoyed my time living here. I moved in right before the management change in 2024, and the new team has been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my entire experience. It's honestly funny to see so many one-star reviews that all seem to mention the same complaint about the package room system. It almost feels like one unhappy resident has way too much time on their hands leaving repetitive negative reviews. From my perspective, I actually appreciated the secured package room. I'd much rather have controlled access than a system where any resident can come and go 24/7, not everyone is honest, and added security made me feel more comfortable. Overall, my experience here was great. The team was responsive, the community felt well-managed, and I had no major issues during my time. If it weren't for wanting to cut down my commute, I wouldn't have moved. Highly recommend Industry Columbus to anyone considering it!

Just do it!

Me and my family have been at the industry for several years now. When we first started looking for a place to live in Columbus, like any good apartment shopper, we narrowed it down to 3 options. What we noticed is that Industry had the best price/amenities ratio. Some of the other places will have no amenities and be the same price or have the same options but be much more expensive. Were talking things like the pool, gym, yoga room, personal office spaces, coffee machines, vending machines, lounge areas with tvs, theater/projector area if you wanna game or have a movie night, gated parking structure, pool table, dog park, bbq area, the list just goes on its amazing. Also everyday I leave to go to work I get to see the friendly faces of our staff members and wish a great day too. You will see the maintenance team around the building keeping things in order, looking nice, and operating. They are always in good spirits as well despite the headaches Im sure they take on. The staff is extremely fast to handle an issue, my wife will text me hey I cant get the fan to turn on, I will send an email and she will be texting me back very quickly everything is running smooth, we really do have a great team operating this property. It doesnt just feel like a place to sleep for us, it feels like our community. Its so nice to have a long day at work and just relax by the pool, or have the gym in the mornings, a place for the dog to play, or be able to bbq when family visits. Lastly, with the location it is so nice to be able to walk anywhere, anything thats happening downtown we can just take a short walk and be there, no parking etc. We will always recommend the Industry to anyone looking for a place to live in Columbus, This property has definitely made a great impact on me and my family!

[Incentivized Review] I enjoy living at Industry Columbus so much. The staff is so friendly. The amenities are amazing. They have a rooftop pool, Ana amazing gym space, and the yoga studio has changed my life. I can’t recommend Industry enough!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have not been living here for a year and I already regret moving in. The amenities are what attracted me to the property, all for me not to be able to enjoy them. I live on the 4th floor where the pool is located, and there are always groups of kids that do not live here in the common area. The rental office staff are never in the office, neither is the security man and my packages are consistently being stolen. I am counting down the months until my lease is up. Trust me , it is not worth the rent they charge.

Best Place and People

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far the environment, staff, amenities, and assistance has been amazing. The area is super clean and everyone is so welcoming. I want to also highlight Mackenzie Beard, the leasing specialist, who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed as well as respond to any questions you may have in a timely manner. I appreciate her making the move in so smooth as well as welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
