Amazing job

Did an amazing job came in quick and fixed our problem within minutes and looks amazing thank, they were very respectful and mindful of our space and did an excellent job and now everything is working perfectly, thank you’

    Great service

    CJ was great, fixed everything and super friendly. He had to come twice because our washer was broken and kept flooding our clothes and I guess the motor was broken. He was very helpful and got everything working great again.

      CJ was in and out very quickly and fixed our drain

      CJ from maintenance at Statehouse on Lane was very kind and fixed our shower drain quickly. Maintenance here is great, and work orders are always done promptly. Really appreciate the fast service. Overall very satisfied.

        He was very kind and professional! He was able to complete play my main tender request in a timely manner and was cordial during the entire process. He was also very respectful of the rest of my property and I would recommend him for any future requests.

          Shower Repair

          he came in and fixed the shower in a timely manner, let me know what to report in case it happens again. was very nice to me and my roommates and was very respectful about fixing the shower and seems like a very diligent worker. thanks cj!!

            Statehouse Revuew

            He got it fixed very quick and in a timely manner. He replaced both bulbs with better, strong, and warmer (color wise) bulbs. We really appreciated it as our previous lightbulbs were burnt out and we did not have much light in the apartment after that until he fixed it.

            Property CANCELLED leases - never rent here

            Students who signed leases as early as last October, just found out in April that they are being "reassigned" to the Highline Statehouse! The management company essentially CANCELLED their lease at Statehouse Lane. Many students signed leases at Lane to be close to north campus. Now, their living arrangement will be a 25 walk to north campus and right near the "sketchy" Kroger where shootings, car break-ins and theft are common. I would advise OSU students to NEVER sign a lease from Norwich or Statehouse Lane because you too may end up with the property company cancelling your lease!

              The house was good, the service suck

              The house in the doric on lane was a good, it's sound insulation, you have room to store your stuff, you get a toilet, a bathtub, a double bed, a table and a chair, and a 4 feet tall drawer for your clothes, the cooker and refrigerator was in the public area. But I don't recommend, whenever I make a phone call to the customer service, they know nothing, So I have to describe myself all over every time, and they will tell me they have to ask their manager for help and they will call me back later, but they never did, so I have to call them over and over, I've been doing a sublet and started since April 7, but I have to call them over and over asking them what is the steps of sign for an sublet, until they sent me an email of rush me to pay for my first month in the April 18, I know they've been doing nothing, Then I have to go the apartment myself forcing(yes, themI have to) them to tell me what should I do, and they work it out with less than 3 minutes, so they know what to do but they never care about what I ask on the phone. On May 18, I received a letter telling me if I don;t pay the rent for may, I will receive a higher price, but I feel confused, because the one doing sublet with me already paid for May, and sent the doric on lane an email, the customer service responded "Yes, thank you" but now, the manager come to me and says I STILL NEED TO PAY FOR MAY, I mean wtf? I wish this apartment bankrupt right now
