3bedroom apartments
I recently toured a 3-bedroom and it was the perfect fit for me and my two roommates. The layout offered plenty of space for all of us, with a great balance of shared living areas and private bedrooms. We never felt cramped, and it truly felt like a place we could comfortably call home. The pricing was also within our budget, which made the decision even easier. It’s not always easy to find something that checks all the boxes, but this one definitely did. As soon as we left, we were so excited about it that we submitted our application right away. We’re looking forward to making it our new home!

Reasonable Rent
Reasonable rent rates for spacious spaces. Beautiful upkept grounds. Friendly and prompt staff who are always willing to help. Lots of large closets for storage. Located close to the University of Dayton and not far from the Greene Shopping.

Great place to stay!
Great place to live and walking distance to UD. So many restaurants and local taverns to go with friends and family. If you ever have any trouble sara in the main office is absolutely amazing and completely respectful to everyone.

so reasonable!
These apartments are great. It is so hard to find a place with these prices in such a prime location. I was struggling to find something that fit my budget but also was well kept - this is definitely at the top of my list! The girl I went on the tour with was very kind and showed me both one and two bedroom apartments. Lovely

Nice Apartments
I recently toured Lakeshore Apartments. The floor plans are really big, and reasonably priced. The are seems really quiet. The apartment I toured had a nice balcony and overlooked a pond. Sara was very nice and informative.

beautiful property
The location is perfect for a college student. The community is well kept and clean. They are doing renovations to the property and its amazing its been needed for awhile and new management is really getting things done!

Great Management
They have recently gotten new management, and it seems to be a smooth transition, but things have really turned around. Maintenace has become very timely. Since new management took over the whole community is so much better. They're friendly, approachable and always willing to help. I've noticed some big improvements on the complex
