There's honor amongst thieves

The management lies even in the courts. The son of the owner will also lie in court. Make sure that you definitely do your research regarding all of them. You'll certainly will be surprised with what you find.

    Very unprofessional

    Management frequently posts rude, belittling, disrespectful and harassing letters in the hallways. Its not clear if owners are aware or condone of this behavior. Reading the notices leaves one feeling unwelcome and lesser than. Public areas inside the buildings are not cleaned or kept up regularly. Doors are janky and some don’t close. Windows single pane. Insufficient visitor parking. Only positive is close to park and stores. Otherwise wouldn't recommend

    I am a tenant here at Wooded Acres Apartments and I really love living out here. This complex is quiet and is a great place to live. Very Convenient to area shopping centers. Management here is very friendly and does a super job at keeping the complex looking very nice. I have been living out here going on three years.

      I have been here for 2 years, love the place. It is a quiet community and the management staff are very helpful and are up on maintaining the complex. They are making changes all the time making the complex to accommodate the tenants needs. I would definitely recommend Wooded Acres Apartments to friends and family, as a matter of fact my brother just moved in the end of June.

        My brother and his wife lived in that place between September 10, 2012 and April 13, 2013. They moved into B23 immediately after the previous renters left which was introduced by their They signed the lease, paid the first month rent and the deposit which is equal to one month's rent. The lease says that the deposit would return to them if they kept the apartment clean and $50 will be deducted from the deposit for carpet cleaning even though the landlord did not do any cleaning after the previous renters left. My brother and his wife kept their apartment very clean. They both worked in a restaurant. So they did not cook much because they ate most of the time in the restaurant. They vacuumed the carpet frequently and clean the kitchen stove and floor constantly. Before they left on April 13,2013, they asked the manager ---------- to inspect the apartment. She said she was busy and told them to leave her the apartment key. She told my brother's boss that she would return the deposit in one month. We waited for a month and call ---------- in May.
