Lakefront Community

Lakefront is very nice place to live. I believe there are 7 big lakes here and yes you can fish in them. They also seem to have a lot of monthly things like Bingo, movie night. We have been here going on 2 yrs and love it.

We love our apartment, the only thing that is worrisome are the neighbors above with the noise. We've made so many complaints but it doesn't seem to have any impact. Otherwise it a great community to be apart of.

Overall my experience has been good. Service orders are completed in a timely fashion. It would be awesome if those of us who have been here a while were able to get some updates as far as carpet and appliances since rent increases each year. We need more trash pick ups due to the odor and disarray at the dumpster area

This place is gorgeous. I love the lakes and being able to fish. It's so calming and very close to daycare and school for child. The staff has been excellent and helpful with any need and handle any concerns timely which say a lot about a community who cares about you & family. I've never felt so safe and at home with relief of I get to live here. My family & I love it

You Need more than one dumpster in this area complex is too big for just one dumpster. My toilet been running every since I been here. My furnace very old it makes all types of noise when it's running

Actual apartment is great. Other things not so much. Have never been able to open patio door, no screen. Problem with excessive noise with neighbors. Parking spaces should be assigned. Multiple people in one apartment but use nire than 1 space

We have really enjoyed our time here at Lakefront at West Chester. Our apartment layout is exactly what we were hoping for and the community is safe, clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Our only complaint would be the maintenance could be a little more affective but we wouldn't let something like that deter us from staying here.

Kudos to Zachary Burt!!! A million times over!!!!

Lakefront at West Chester has found a true gem in Zach Burt!! Meeting with him this past weekend was a true delight and I have to say he was just as excited as I was in finding my new home with Lakefront! His energy and positive attitude was beyond my expectations! He made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I didn’t even need to see the apartments but just his interaction alone had me sold!!! We need more Zach Burt’s in this world. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks so much for all that you did in helping me find a new place to call home! I’m so excited to move in!!

LFWC is probably the most affordable in this area. Great schools. Apartments were somewhat small. The staff is not the most professional and could use more training. There has not been a true professional since CP left. If you are looking for affordability then check them out but you will have to overlook the staff.

It was one experience i wont forget, the staff were very nice, and professional, they saw to my needs promptly!! The office manager Jesica is really concerned about your needs, and speaks very professional, and seems to be good at what she does, i would recommend anyone to move here i think they would be just as pleased as me!!!

So far everybody seems really nice. Management super nice and very helpful. Love the location of where we are. So much around us and we don't have to drive to far. Neighbors quiet but yet friendly. We met everybody in our building the first few days. Community kept super clean. I love it here.

Good experience- location is so convenient! Beautiful views and great staff to work with. The rent is getting pretty high so we are looking to move on next time our lease is up but the rents are on par with this area

The community is nice. The office staff is wonderful. The apartments are spacious and up to date. Parking at night is an issues at times. The outside of the building could use some cleaning but overall appears to be normal wear. I love my apartment. Would move here again.
