I’ve tried to call them multiple times and showed up multiple times. They haven’t answered or called back when I left a voicemail, and there has been no one at the leasing office. I’m going to try in case this is a one time thing, I will update if they reply.

New leasing manager
Had spoken with Jackie on two different occasions. She has been very rude, always talks about what she won’t do. Isn’t much help and doesn’t answer phones calls. Went there on 6/12/23, and actually smelled marijuana coming from the office. The smell was very potent. He behavior is very forgetful. I had to keep reminding her what I needed in a matter of a 10 minute conversation

Don’t do it
If you want to be ripped off and lied to, lied on treated rudely or hear everything that goes on in the building then this is the place for you. You sign papers they tell you, you can’t have a copy. Call corporate they talk to you poorly. Grace only knows how to say nope and be really dismissive. Cindy, leasing manager says all the time I don’t know all I know is what they tell me that’s nothing I do or handle, You have to ask corporate. Only two of the maintenance guys I’ve known appears to know what they are doing one of them is no longer with them the other hasn’t been there long he’s a nice guy. Don’t live on the first floor, we’ve had water in our apartment on a handful of occasions from the apartment above, they are up all times of the night making noise , having sex , stomping and thumping & bumping. You report it to the office they say they called them and reported to corporate but who knows how true that is since it keeps going on . You tell them you have recordings to prove some of what you’re hearing & nothing. Entry door constantly slamming , people running up & down the stairs. Visitors don’t use the parking spaces for them so we have to park closer to the other buildings or in visitor parking. Sometimes they shut off the water to the building no notice when you call no answer then when they do notify you they don’t do it the day they said they do it another day. The place looks nice but it’s not worth your time or aggravation.

Leasing office does not care about any issues in the apartment. Example: we had mold in our bathroom and health department was involved and they still barely fixed it and they know we had a 4 month old in the apartment. The Maintence guy alex is very polite. He is the only reason I would give this place a star. The leasing lady has ripped up service memos before due to some issues not even being resolved or no one showing up to fix them. Leasing lady is always posting signs to come in apartment for random inspections that make no sense. We have caught her on a pet camera looking around apartment. Would not recommend bay club to anyone. The floors squeak constantly and the traffic outside of complex is loud and always cars flying. If you do move in.. inspect apartment throughly!

The washer/dryer and dishwasher have both needed to be replaced in addition to the maintenance men being unable to fix the bathtub that backs up and the sliding door that leaks. Everything within the apartment seems to have been done half-assed. The paint is sloppy and in some areas unfinished, the cupboards are hardly screwed into the walls in some areas, and worst of all the lack of padding and insulation between floors makes it impossible to sleep when the tenants above us are constantly moving around late at night and causing the floors to squeak incessantly. In addition to not being able to fall asleep due to the loud squeaking floors, we hear their alarm clock go off every morning at 4 a.m., every cough and sneeze, any music or television they have playing, and even conversations. I have tried to be patient and pleasant but this is difficult when the office lady chalks it up to "apartment living" and the maintenance men are unable to actually fix anything. When the previous maintenance men came to "fix" the dryer, which they were unable to do, they ripped the molding around the closet off and put a huge dent in the wall on the other side. When we called the emergency maintenance line the other week because we had water leaking into our apartment, we were told that the maintenance man's power was out so there was nothing he could do. I have not been able to get a good night's sleep since we moved here and it is absolutely ridiculous. The charm to these apartments wears off quickly and I would not recommend living here to anyone unless they are interested in listening to every noise their neighbors make.

The apartment looks nice. I got an up to date unit with all new cupboards and appliances. The place was professionally cleaned before I moved in and as part of package you get to choose a feature wall color (I picked red). The grounds are well kept and except on Friday night parking has never been an issue for me. If I have a maintenance issue someone comes pretty quickly most of the time. Those are the pros. The cons? After maintenance "fixed" my dryer it still takes three hours to dry an average size load of laundry. Noise is a huge issue. It may not be a problem in all units but it's significant in mine. I hear every step my neighbor takes, it wakes up me and my two year old from a dead sleep all the time. I can hear my neighbor cough, I can even hear their alarm go off in the morning to wake them up every day. Don't expect privacy for this reason. I distinctly hear every word of conversation of anyone upstairs, nextdoor or in the hallway unless I'm drowning them out with television. Bay Club would do well to take efforts to redo their floors and walls for better insulation and sound proofing. My suggestion: if you move here, pick the top floor, unfortunately that means you cannot have a dog.

I lived in Bay Club Apartments for one year. Overall, it is really a good place to live. It is very safe, parking is free (never had any problems finding a spot), and the grounds are relatively well kept (except during the recent drought things were a bit dry). The suites feature central air and heat, along with standing washer / dryers. Though the washer and dryer is small, it is nice to have. You do get a lot of space for the money as well. Included in rent are some "utilities." When I first was looking at this place, I was told all utilities were included in a $50 fee, which was a huge reason I liked the place. Unfortunately, this does NOT include electricity, of which I wasn't told until I was ready to sign the contract. It is very nice to be able to crank up the heat in the winter (though at $25-30 a month, you're basically spreading your winter heating bill across 12 months rather than month to month due to heating being the only thing using gas), but I did have issues with my air conditioner. As I would turn it off when I went to work to conserve energy, it would run non-stop until I went to bed (approx. 5 hours) to cool it down from 85 to 75 degrees. There were times I had to turn the A/C on when it was actually cooler outside as I couldn't get a good breeze. Further, I was on the top floor, which is nice because you never hear footsteps, but it is incredibly hot in the summer. I believe it is because the attic is not as well insulated, the roof gets hot and heat naturally rises, but I had never been in a building that got so warm even when it was relatively cool outside. From what I have gathered, each unit can have newer or older appliances i.e. stoves. My stove was the same electric stove I grew up with as a kid (I'm in my mid twenties). Maintenance was generally pretty good. My heat went out during the winter and the next day it was fixed. One thing to also consider is the proximity to the freeway. There are two points I would like to make regarding this. The first is that the freeway itself is not that loud considering how close you are to it; however, there is a train that will go by about 5 times or more a day and it is very loud. I sleep with a fan, so I didn't have issues with that, but I could see some people having issues with that. Second, the traffic light leaving Bay Club to the freeway is AWFUL. This is obviously not an issue with Bay Club, but it is something to consider when moving here. The light at that intersection only allows between 7 and 9 cars through per interval. While this is fine for slower times, during rush hour, it took me usually 1 to 2 intervals. At 3 minutes per interval, it would take me between 5 and 10 minutes to get through the light and just onto the freeway. Just something to consider. Overall, you do get a good amount for the money you pay. If you are looking for a non-high rise apartment, Bay Club has a lot to offer. If they put a couple thousand into each unit, it would be very nice (however based on my experience, I am giving it a low construction rating). If you are looking for a newer / nicer type place, then I would at least recommend taking a tour of the apartment before signing anything.

Love Bay Club!
We have lived here for 2 years and think its great. Our apartment just had its carpet and tile replaced right before we moved in. The in-suite washer and dryer are tiny, but its so convenient to have our own. Having 1.5 bathrooms is also very nice. The best part about living here is the maintenance. They are extremely attentive. They have always been very quick to respond and are constantly around the area in case you need them. They also keep the hallways and outside area very clean and looking good year-round. We live in the last building and its nice and quiet back here. Parking can get a little crowded on the weekends, but most of the time its not a problem. My only concern about living here was that our electric bill was a little higher than I would have expected in the summer, but maintenance replaced our air conditioner unit and that helped lower the cost. Overall, its a great place to live!

I just love my quiet mornings on my balcony having my coffee. The grounds are well kept and it is so beautiful to sit outside. My dog, George and I love to walk the grounds. And the use of the picnic area is so useful when my grandkids come to visit. Knowing that I don't have to leave my apartment to do laundry is a true blessing. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

I have lived at Bay Club Apartments for 10 years now and I love it. I enjoy the peaceful quiet and beautiful grounds while sitting out on my balcony having my morning coffee. My dog, Skippy, and I walk the grounds at night and for an elderly woman, I feel very safe here. I love having my own furnace with central air and the washers and dryers in the suites are excellent. I have no desire to move anywhere else.

Great Place To Call Home
I love living here. The apartments are sooo big. When my friends come over they can't believe that I have in-suite washer and dryer. I love that extra 1/2 bath in my hallway as well. This place is so pretty in the summer with all of the flowers. The office staff are just perfect. They ALWAYS call me after work was done in my apartment to make sure I am happy. The maint. man in very quick and asks me questions about what needs to be fixed so it gits done the first time. My little dog,Cupcake and I are happy to call this place home.

i'm happy
i'm pretty happy w/ my decision to move here. The staff has been helpful even w/the few probs I have had. Anyone who has a problem w/ this place is just needs to understand that this is an older place and if it isn't maintaned like it was some things go wronge. But they always fix thing, maybe not right away, but it is happening to everyone it can get pretty hard to please everyone.

Wonderful place to live
I love my apartment here. I have lived at many other communities where you could hear everything that goes on. I don't hear anything. If I am gone during the day, I can trust maintenance to go into my place, fix what's wrong right away. I also love how easily accessible I am to the major expressways. I have I-90, Rt 2, and I-271 right here! There is a 24 hour Wal*Mart less than two minutes driving away. There is a great park right on the lake less than 5 minutes away. My favorite things about my apartment include the fact that I have a built in washer and dryer plus a dishwasher!! I can do my laundry at any time of day without going through the hassle of either going to the laundry room or leaving just to do laundry. I have kids so that is a huge plus! I have a cute picture window in my kitchen that looks into my living room. I have ample cabinet space in the kitchen. I even have an extra bathroom for my kids. I Love my home here at Bay Club!!!

not impressed
I have had pretty much everything you can imagine break on me ( air conditioner, washer, toilet, sink) I have been here for almost 2 1/2 years and im still waiting for things to be fixed. The staff here is great though, just slacking on fixing things. I have put my own money into fixing things. The layout is nice though and very nice to have washer and dryer units in the apartment with two bathrooms. The water bill is an outrageous rip off though...you are basically paying for other tenants water...

Two thumbs up!!
We moved here in the beginning of the year and we are completely satisfied. We enjoy the layout of the apartment, especially the in-unit washer and dryer. The complex is very clean and the staff has been pretty responsive with tenant requests. The easy access to the freeway is a bonus for us because of work commutes and it's not nearly as noisy as one might think. The rent is reasonable for the area and the newly renovated buildings. Our complaint is that there is no designated work out facility or pool in the complex; although there are city pools nearby. All in all, we've enjoyed the time we've been here and can foresee ourselves renewing our lease.

Recent rentors
We moved in the begining of this year. Like the layout of the apartment. It's clean in the hallways. Recently when something needs repaired it is done quite quickly. When we first moved in it took forever to get things done, that needed re-placed and got the run-around with the maagement teams. Also the walls must be quite thin, we can hear the people above us and it can be annoying. The water bill is outragous and doesn't make sense! But now, there are alot of repairs being done to the building, and it looks great. The new management seems to be much more organized then the past. One particular management staff could be a little more friendly and accodmidating. Other then that I enjoy living here.

Love it!
I am a single mom and have lived here for 3 years now. I have nothing bad to say about this community. I love my apartment and for what I get its definetly worth the money. The girls in the office are always friendly and helpful and the mainteance man is effecient and always has a smile. In the summertime the property always has beautiful flowers and landscaping and when I walk to my car in the morning and smell them its very refreshing. My neighbors are great people and I truly feel like this is home. I cant believe someone would say something bad. I guess you take from here what you give but I personally have lived in many apartments and havent had wonderful experiences. Why play russian rulet? I plan on staying for at least another 2 years until I buy a house for me and my son. Apartment living is what it is. Its apartment living. But this is definetly one of the better places to lay your head at night. I have recommended Bay Club to some of my friends and proud to say them have moved here as well and are very happy. I would recommed it to anyone looking for an apartment home.

Great Place To Live
This apartment complex is awesome, I lived here for almost 4 years and only moved because I bought a house. The staff is amazing and friendly and the maintenance guy is extremely fast at responding to problems. If you read any bad reviews don't believe them, instead ask one of the probably fifteen residents who have been there for over ten years. Another plus is the local police and fire departments, they are both very fast acting and the police will come out to take care of any noise issues in a heartbeat.

A decent place to live
I spent two years at Bay Club and it was not a bad place to live. The only real minus was its proximity to the freeway and the resulting noise. Oh and some jerk had a really obnoxious car alarm.

My apartment was nice--while not fancy it was in good repair and was roomy enough. I liked the laundry on the same floor, and the washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. Too bad there wasn´t a pool though.

One real plus was that the management let me out of my lease when I took a new job in California--and returned my securty deposit. Some management companies are not so understanding. Now that I live in CA, Bay Club seems dirt cheap :)

The Worst Apartment Living!
I do not have a good word to say about this property or its staff members. They are non-responsive and incapable of servicing their tenants. Trust me you do not get any value out out spending over $700 a month or more to live on a college campus with overflowing dumpsters! The hallways are always filthy and my windows haven´t been cleaned in years! Be prepared to find your car in pieces or not even there in the mornings.
I wouldn´t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
