First of all i would like to say that Spring Creek is under new management! Thanks again Melissa, you were totally awesome!!! As a parent of college students with roommates, I have no complaints. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with no bugs or rodents. Stainless steel appliances, fresh paint and new carpet. When i can t visit, i never had any problems with parking either, nor did my son or roommates. I also give them two thumbs up for safety, i know my kid left that sliding glass door to his bedroom on numerous occasions and no one ever broke in. If you have problems with anything go talk to management they can and will help. College students unfortunately can be very irresponsible and I found that out the hard way, which was not because of Spring Creek, but the students. However, I spoke to management about my concerns and they we're totally awesome. They have compassionate employees that work with you and do all they can to help. We must take person responsibilities for our actions, however, I can guarantee they will listen and do everything possible to assist. They made me feel like a valued customer and that they appreciated my business. I would highly recommend Spring Creek or any other Willmax properties to anyone. Their customer service is second to none!!!
