very unhappy tenant

Grounds not very well maintained- stagnant water near my apartment, rotting wood in certain places, air conditioners not cleaned out often enough resulting in a higher electricity bill than necessary and possibly days without air conditioning. maintenance response takes about two weeks on minor problems, three days on major problems, and a couple hours on emergency responses. neighbor´s car was broken into 4 times the first year he lived here. fly infestation in apartment as well as 2 faulty burners on my gas stove. lack of security lights- took excessive complaints by tenants to have them fixed. i plan on moving as soon as my lease is up.
