THIS PLACE IS AWFULL i lived there for 2 years and let me tell you that some of the things i saw durring my stay were right up there with ------ and section 8 housing type scenes. cops all the time, constant break ins, no real or consistant security, no gates, tons of wild parties all the time, poor maintenance, awfull office staff, its a total joke, i would emplore anyone who is considering renting at spring creek to re consider.. the place is awfull and is falling apart thanks to the amazing maintenance, these clowns look like goons that dont even know how to do simple addition let alone be trusted with power tools! the pool was constantly FULL or OVERCROWDED with less desireables and unattended kids. the pricing is a total joke, the place has asbestos in the insulation and lead paint... wow WHAT A DEAL!
