Mice, Mold, and every other gross thing!

First off we caught 25 mice in 3 wks in the apt, and still find them occasionally! Our bathtub had a constant stream of water that flows, causing mold to grow in and around the tub. Also, the beams that support the upper levels from collapsing in on the lower levels are rotting away. This is a big concern when two women easily 600 pounds together are living above you. My advice stay as far away for that place as possible!
