Renewing contract

One of the best apartments we've lived in; and we've lived here almost one year. Because they were built in the 70's they have lots of storage, but brand new fixtures and cabinets, and are well insulated. The location is really good as well. Because of the age, the structure is kind of funky; we live in a townhouse, and not all of the stairs are the same height and the floors aren't level everywhere. Also, there are lots of cabinets in the kitchen, but only one drawer, which is annoying. No complaints about the staff, generally they are pretty helpful. Overall we have been happy with the apartment, and plan to stay for as long as it's practical.
