Horrible office staff

This place is a total scam. The apt they showed us was nice and very clean. The apt we got was not near the quality and some features weren't the same at all. We've dealt with horribly loud neighbors, and had to live with the smell of marijuana filling up our apt. It has gottten so bad that we have had to leave our apt for a few hours with the windows left open. When we call the office to complain, they only say "there's nothing we can do!", in a very defensive tone. Everytime I have dealt with the management, they have been defensive, argumentative, and just plain rude. They do not care about their residents and once you've signed the lease they know they've screwed you out of your money and can start treating you like dirt. I honestly have never been treated this poorly by a staff anywhere. I don't understand how these people have jobs. Also they will look for any way possible to screw you out of your money.
