Not the Best/Not the Worst
Having needed to move to Edmond rapidly, Spring Creek offered the most space for the buck. The first six months were fine, however once summer hit, our a/c went on the fritz and although they staff made a trip out on a daily basis to check our freon levels in the compressor, it didn't get any better. The temp would average about 90 degree in the apartment and sometime the outside was actually cooler than inside was. Eventually had to buy a $300.00 free standing A/C unit and put it in the bedroom and seal it off from the rest of the apartment to get one room cool enough to live in. Apt complex told me that I should put up neoprene to seal off my vaulted ceiling. However the next door neighbor never had any problems with their ac unit and could keep their apt at about 75 degrees. Staff was nice but never seemed to be able to resolve anything. When I finally decided to buy a house they didn't want to give me a reference because I had told them one month that I should have to pay my bill if they couldn't fix my A/C. I still ended up paying the bill on time. A/C still barely functioning.Share This Review
