We have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. The apartments are not that great, but we liked the location, so we stayed. However, they have changed management since we moved and they are unpleasant. They are not customer oriented at all. Recently, we asked if we could move to a 3 bedroom apartment within the complex and they told us to pay $100 just so they can add our names to the waiting list and $300 transfer fee if we move before the end of our lease. This response was wrong on so many levels. Additionally, I have tried calling to ask a few maintenance questions, but they don't answer their phone. They don't respond to voicemail messages either. We are leaving this place by the end of our lease. I do not recommend anyone to move to these apartments.
