Maybe this place would be ok if you lived on the top floor. Unfortunately I live on the bottom and I can hear my 200 plus pound upstairs neighbors every move, in fact when I am laying in bed and she walks around upstairs My bed actually vibrates. I cant sleep. The floor creaks like she is going to fall through the floor. There is no sound control. And if you want a safe quiet place to live, forget it. Frequent theft, scary people hanging around drinking and yelling all hours of the day or night. Appalled since this is Edmond. More expensive than my previous apt on a Golf Course and not worth it. The only thing nice about these apts is the granite countertops. Don't let the remodel fool you, its the hood.
