DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I currently live at the Spring Creek of Edmond apartments and let me just tell you they are terrible and so are the peopel in the office...Here is what just happened to me...
I moved into Spring Creek in June. Well i didnt turn on my electric immediatly throught edmond electric because i was canceling OG&E so Edmond Electric was still charging spreek creek for the electricty i was using...So the aparment complex billed me for the electric i had used on their dime...Understandable...I paid that and went along...Well that was in june it is not Novemeber and i get a bill from spring creek of edmond for $216...I call the office ask them about this charge and they tell me its for electric in June...I proceed to tell them i set up my electric through edmond electric and have been paying them and that i already paid $50 for the electric i used on spring creeks dime...----- the woman in the office tells me the $50 i paid was for 1 day of electricity i used...Lets do that math if a month has roughly 30 days in it and you pay $50 a day for elecric your bill at the end of the month would be $1,500... So they decide to remove the $50 from my $216 ballance...oh how kind i still have $166 to pay... so i threaten to break the lease hang up and not 5 min later they call me back (i dont answer becasue i am pretty mad at this point) they leave a voice mail stating i only owe $58 now....HMMM ------- SHADY ----! I had a $216 bill go to $58 all of a sudden...Maybe its becasue i pay ------- $957 in rent for a ------ --- apartment thats slanted has water stains on the ceiling and a rotting floor board on the stairs and they would rather loose $158 in electric bills than $4,785 they would loose if i broke my lease...
So point of this story is they are shady theifs at this complex and i highly recomend you check out The Links OKC... they are amazing management and i wish i had stayed living at The Links instead of moving into the worst aparment complex in EDMOND.
