I currently live here with my fiance and our child. We live in a 2bed 2bath. Compared to our other apartments, Spring Creek is pretty nice! Moving here was actually a spur of the moment kind of thing and so far, we love it! The people in the office are really nice and very helpful! When we submit a maintenance request usually within a day or two, it gets fixed. We live in front so we pretty much have everything right outside of our door and I love that! We had our child's birthday party at the clubhouse and it was a hit! I have recommended these apartments to two people, and one currently lives here and the other moves in this month. The only thing that I have a problem with, and this is out of the entire apartment complex, is the dog poop. Here, people just let their dogs poop anywhere and they never pick it up! When we moved in, there was dog poop right in front of our window! You could see it from inside the house when out window was open. It smells bad and looks gross! We don't have a dog, so I'm not cleaning up after one. The maintenance people will clean it, and I really appreciate it, but honestly, its not their job to clean up after someone else's dog. Not to mention that when it gets warmer outside, I like to open my windows to get some fresh air in. I can't do that if there is dog crap in front of my place. My child likes to go outside! The first place my child goes to is the grass! I have to constantly keep an eye out! Other than the poop, I don't have any complaints!
