This place is horrible

I lived here for nine months. This place is dirty and most of the people living there seem really shady. I was scared to be there by myself. The last week that I lived there, it rained and my entire apartment flooded. The maintenence people didn't really seem to care and they just brought me a carpet fan. Overall, this place is not a good place to call home!
