The new maintenance staff; Jeremy and Brad are AMAZING! I have been a renter for longer than I care to say and they are hands down the most efficient, expedient, personable, and polite staff I have ever encountered. The office staff are approachable. The way they treat you on your initial interactions are the same AFTER you sign a lease. The schools are close enough to walk to but there are buses that pick up elementary age students. The city bus picks up right in front of the complex. You get way more than you pay for!
